Hours: 37.5 hours (5-day week)

Contract: Permanent

We exist to end the harm done through gender-based violence. About the Role

As Head of Business Support, you will provide expert advice, guidance and reporting to ensure that Solace Women’s Aid meets it’s statutory responsibilities with regards to health and safety, as well as providing innovative solutions to existing issues and ensuring that future changes are anticipated.

Acting as subject matter expert you will develop systems and processes for services to adopt to ensure we have an effective risk management approach to compliance within Solace Women’s Aid.

Through management of the Business Support Team, you will ensure all properties/spaces used by the organisation remain safe and equipped to deliver psychologically informed spaces for our staff and service users.

About You

You will be experienced in the field of property management having worked in a similar setting before. You will bring a wealth of knowledge surrounding best practice based on your own practical experience and you will have achieved, or be working towards your Chartered IOSH status.

You will work well with diverse teams and be a strong people manager, keen to foster talent from within.

You will be passionate about meeting the needs of our service users and will have a can do attitude.
