Reporting directly to the Head of Service, the Operational Manager will be responsible for leading the process management of Knowsley’s Integrated Youth Service (IYS) Offer. With a strong understanding of young people’s services and a commitment to quality youth work, the post holder will create and maintain effective systems linking face to face interventions with the capturing of robust and accurate outcome measurement data.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the Targeted 1-1 offer as part of the IYS offer in Knowsley including line management of designated staff, financial management, and networking with other key services.
The post holder will support all aspects of the wider IYS ensuring that MYA’s internal systems which govern finance, purchasing, recruitment and quality control are followed closely, while acting as a key figure in connecting Knowsley operations with Head Office and Support Services.
The post holder must hold relevant qualification to at least NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a related subject.

About the role
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Website and Digital Communications Officer. This role has been established to support and deliver the digital element of our communications, which involves monitoring our online presence and creating compelling and effective online content for our website, social media and other digital channels.
In this role you will:
· Update content for St Mungo’s website for various teams/functions as required, ensuring that it is properly modified for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) purposes.

This is a new role at the DEC and developed as a key part of the DEC’s 2024-2029 strategy. The DEC has a wide range of established relationships with trusts and foundations, many of which give 6- and 7-figure sums to DEC appeals. The Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for providing excellent stewardship to our portfolio of trusts and foundations. We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years’ experience in membership management, stakeholder engagement and events to lead our outreach and engagement activities for the Parkinson’s community across Europe.
Key tasks
- Strategic membership activities including:
- Management of the Parkinson’s Europe Membership Steering Group
- Leading Parkinson’s Europe membership recruitment and diversification
- Reviewing and expanding Parkinson’s Europe membership benefits
- Leading the development, delivery and analysis of the biannual Parkinson’s Europe members survey

- Outreach and engagement activities including:

The Marketing & Communications Administrator reports to the Senior Manager – Children & Community and works in a team alongside the Community Development worker to build and enhance all of T&T’s work. The part-time role combines business and creativity to maintain Time & Talents’ voice and presence, connecting with local children, families, adults and older people in the Bermondsey and Rotherhithe areas – that is to say, all of our neighbours! What we do Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, London SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship, with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with children and families’ programmes and a range of volunteering projects.
The role
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Maintain social media accounts, website, regular newsletters and promotional materials in close collaboration with programme teams
• Collaborate with management team to create effective, engaging reports to a range of funders and other stakeholders
• Lead on community fundraising initiatives with management team support
• Maintain a unified tone and thematic approach across all media and marketing platforms

You are passionate about the power of community to connect and support people, and you like to work in collaboration with others. You have strong written communication skills and a keen eye for creating visually-appealing, engaging content. You’re flexible, accountable, take responsibility, are highly organised and skilled in multitasking and balancing priorities.
