At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our team.

You'll support the Corporate New Business Manager with the account management of corporate partnerships and generating new income through securing new corporate partnerships.

You'll support the development and ongoing review of the prospect pipeline, researching companies and sectors with an affinity for our work, whilst managing a portfolio of small to medium sized partnerships (worth approximately £5-75k per annum). You'll produce high quality written proposals and pitch materials, as well as organising volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working within Corporate Partnerships, or another fundraising income stream.
• Experience of supporter relationship management with a track record of building successful relationships.
• The ability to work independently, using own initiative and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.

Job purpose

This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs. 

​We have 3 positions available. Two full time positions at our Hammersmith & Fulham and Ealing sites, and one part time (3 days a week) at our Hounslow site.

The objectives of the service include:

• To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
• To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc. 
• To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
• To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
• To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
• To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service
• To reduce the use of police, ambulance and statutory mental health services whilst experiencing crisis.
• To reduce the use of statutory crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.

Key responsibilities

• Providing a person centred and recovery orientated approach in all aspects of the roles and responsibilities.
• Guiding the team, responding to referrals and planning each shift in terms of staffing, activities and case allocation

The Corporate & Public Engagement team in the Communications Directorate promotes corporate interest in the College and engages future medics and scientists in careers in pathology, particularly through our awareness activities, including National Pathology Week.

Our Greenwich Counselling Service, including our culturally specific Asian service, has been offering free counselling to Greenwich borough residents for more than 40 years. It has grown organically from telephone counselling and crisis intervention to longer term and culturally specific counselling and relationship work. We’re looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to work in-house to create artwork for marketing and communications campaigns across a wide range of media, including print, digital, animation, and video.
