- To develop member communications in particular around membership renewals and the on-boarding of new members, and to ensure a high-quality member experience.
- To ensure that membership communications at all touch points within the membership journey or as part of a non-member relationship, remain relevant and up to date.

Personal Specification:
Essential skills, knowledge and qualities:
- Experience of working in a customer, member or client facing role
- Experience of developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience of using a CRM management system, preferably Salesforce

Summary of key duties:
Social media management:
· Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn).

Content creation:
· Format documents and reports for internal and external audiences.

Administrative and logistical support:

Summary of skills

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Join our retail team as an Assistant Shop Manager at our Dorking shop and support the Shop Manager to maximise shop profit by achieving budgeted income, controlling shop expenditure in line with the shop's budget, and by recruiting and retaining a motivated team of volunteers. Reporting to the executive director, you will be responsible for the sale of advertising space on our website, through email blasts to our mailing lists, via our weekly emails and within our quarterly print publication. Overall Purpose of the Job: To work as part of the communications team to plan, implement and optimise communications for our members.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver membership communications through our website, email and social media

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (maternity cover).
We’re looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to work in-house to create artwork for marketing and communications campaigns across a wide range of media, including print, digital, animation, and video. As a Social Media Officer, you will manage our social media channels, ensuring they're filled with inspiring and engaging content that connects with our wide range of audiences. You will develop and publish accessible digital content that reflects our brand. You'll be 'the voice of the Association' on social media, protecting our reputation and ensuring our channels remain professional, positive, and compliant with GDPR and copyright laws.
You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure coordinated and effective social media activities, whether providing full support or offering guidance. The role will also include providing support and training to staff and volunteers in their use of social media. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing our social media strategy.

About the Role
As the Senior Communications Officer (content) in the Public Engagement Team, you will be passionate about the rights of young people in the UK. Using your creativity and experience in delivering public-facing communications content and fundraising content you will be instrumental in increasing Depaul UK’s income, profile and influence. Your ability to meaningfully engage and involve young people, staff and volunteers will ensure that their voices are heard and amplified through Depaul UK’s communications and fundraising activity.
You will lead the delivery of communications and fundraising content that increases brand awareness and engages our target audiences to support Depaul UK as donors or in other ways support the organisation.
