Job description

Job Title: Senior Philanthropy Manager         

Location: Hybrid (with 1 day per week in the London Office) or Home-Based

Hours: 35 hours per week                                             

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £50,169 per annum (Hybrid) - £45,611 per annum (Home-Based)

What we’re looking for:

  • A driven Philanthropy fundraiser to lead Teenage Cancer Trust Philanthropy team, focusing on uplifting current donations and bringing new prospects to the charity.
  • Someone with a strong track record in stewarding donors, enhancing donor journeys, and creating opportunities to engage donors in the work of the charity.  
  • Someone who can demonstrate their experience in cultivating High Networth Individuals, driving fundraising strategy, managing a team and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Someone who’s driven by the desire, ambition and commitment to address the challenges facing young people with cancer today.

  • Leave: 25 days of annual leave, which increases with service, in addition to bank holidays and a 3 or 4 day closure over the Christmas period. We also have finish early Fridays in August and quarterly rest days to step away from day-to-day work and refocus.
