What are the key responsibilities:

Experience:
* Experience of being a relationship fundraiser with at least 3 years' experience
* Proven fundraising experience and a successful track record of raising income.

* Experience of working as part of a team with minimal supervision and demonstrating initiative and flexibility to deal with a range of tasks.

About the role
You'll be instrumental in ensuring Claire House remains a legacy confident charity.
Taking the lead on the Legacy (Gifts in Wills) and In Memory strategy, you'll make sure supporter journeys, audience insight and effective targeting are always front and centre, by initiating impactful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
The nuts and bolts of the job:
- Develop and implement a sector-leading legacy and in-memory fundraising strategy.
- Build relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders, creating legacy leads and converting to legators.

About the role
We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager to join our Regional Fundraising team.
This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more.
You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver an excellent experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates.
South & West Yorkshire is an area filled with some of our most committed supporters but there is still so much opportunity to grow corporate support across the counties. Our Social Workers support families from Sheffield and Leeds hospitals, so building relationships with these teams are a must.
Candidates should live within South & West Yorkshire, in one of the following counties: Bradford, Doncaster, Halifax, Leeds, Sheffield, Oldham or Wakefield.

War on Want campaigns in the UK to challenge human rights abusing corporations and governments, and hold those responsible for inequality and poverty to account. They publish in-depth research exposing injustice and human rights abuse globally. They work in partnership with grassroots groups, trade unions and workers’ organisations in the Global South. Working closely with the Director of Income & Engagement, your strategies and campaigns will deepen the relationship between War on Want and its individual supporters to both increase participation in their campaigns and grow unrestricted income.
The campaigns you run will acquire, retain, and develop individual supporters using a range of channels both on and offline. The ultimate aim of these activities is to increase the number of active War on Want members who support their work through regular direct debit donations. In addition, you will lead War on Want’s legacy programme and manage the Income & Engagement Assistant to ensure the delivery of first-class supporter care processes and an unbeatable supporter experience.
As individual giving lead, you will join the team at a very exciting time. They have recently launched a new supporter mobilisation strategy to bring transformative growth to our supporter base. This role would be well suited to someone who has worked across a range of channels: tele-marketing, direct mail and digital. You will have a passion for political change and activism!
The starting salary is £46,636 and the role is hybrid working, with one day a month at War on Want’s head office. More in-person days are required on an ad-hoc basis.

About the role
This is an awesome role focussed on improving our ways of working and processes when it comes to those who support us. We want all of our supporters to have a first class experience when they decide to donate their time and/or money to supporting children and young people with cancer and their families. However we know that as an organisation we have more to do to make this happen and the time is now.
Working in Income Generation, this role will take a recently conducted diagnostic carried out by a business improvement consultant and not only work through the next steps but make change happen, prioritising the areas with the biggest wins. This role really will have a lasting legacy in the organisation.
We're not just looking for someone to map change, this person will lead operational design and process re-engineering that transforms the Income Generation directorate and it's workforce into high achievers.
You’ll be based within the Project Management Office (PMO), a supportive team of professionals that lead transformational change across the organisation as well as corporate planning. You’ll also have close relationship with the Head of Planning and Strategy in Income Generation as well as the Associate Director Supporter Engagement.

What will I be doing?

- Embedding a culture of improvement in the organisation and developing these capabilities within the workforce.
- All of these activities will involve facilitating workshops, engaging audiences with tailored communications, debating and negotiating ideas with leaders, managing governance, risks and dependencies, evaluating progress etc.

We are recruiting for a well know animal charity for temporary full time Supporter care officer based in central London, this post is for 6 months initially.
Brief overview of role
To play a key role as part of a busy Supporter Care team delivering outstanding multi-channel services to existing and potential supporters and donors, through the provision of high-quality supporter care, donation and fulfilment services.

To take inbound and make outbound telephone calls/emails as required to new supporters, follow up queries, address concerns, verify details or thank donors.
To retain and manage information needed for contact management, using appropriate resources and reference materials, including preparing and sending briefs to the rest of the team and agencies/suppliers
To handle complaints from a variety of sources and respond sensitively and in line with agreed quality objectives

The Candidate
Experience of working in a fundraising customer service environment, delivering stewardship activities, asking people for money, and understanding the importance of delivering excellent customer care

Excellent call handling skills and the ability to respectfully, honestly and transparently adjust communication to different audiences, recognising the importance of diversity.

About the Role

The Role:
As Community Fundraising Lead, you'll engage communities in Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. You'll develop strategies to boost income through schools, community groups, and challenge events. With two major hospital campaigns on the horizon, your role will be pivotal in expanding our reach and impact.

Trevi is seeking an inspirational and visionary Chief Executive to lead one of the most prominent women’s charities in the Southwest of England. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Board of Trustees to shape and steer the charity’s direction and leadership. The Chief Executive will be responsible for driving the organisation’s growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and upholding Trevi's core values and strategic goals. Additionally, the CEO will serve as the public face of Trevi, acting as a passionate ambassador for the charity while offering strong support and guidance to the senior management team.
Requirements:
- Executive level management experience in a charity or public sector body
- Experience of developing, implementing, evaluating and monitoring strategic, operational and business plans
- Proven expertise in strategic financial management, with a deep understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting
- Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing diverse portfolios with alternative income streams
- Exceptional track record of securing statutory grant funding and commissioning contracts
- A track record of forging successful partnerships and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
