WorldSkills UK is seeking a dynamic Network Member Manager to support and expand the growing network of institutions that are part of our award-winning Centre of Excellence. This role is vital to driving value for members and enhancing our flagship programme, which is dedicated to transforming Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) across the UK. As Network Member Manager, you will manage relationships, engage members, and maximise the impact of the Centre of Excellence, ensuring member institutions have access to world-class training and development resources. Your work will support the Centre of Excellence set new benchmarks for teaching, learning, and assessment, ultimately contributing to the UK's global competitiveness in skills excellence.
Role purpose
The Centre of Excellence is WorldSkills UK’s cornerstone programme aimed at raising the standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across TVET. By harnessing international best practices and expertise, it fosters innovation and advances the quality of education across the sector. As Network Member Manager, you will be at the heart of the programme joining a vibrant and diverse team, working closely with member institutions to deliver impactful, sustained engagement and provide strategic support.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Programme management and reporting:
• Establish and maintain an account management framework to encourage member participation in the Centre of Excellence’s core offerings.
• Track and report on member engagement metrics, leveraging data insights to drive retention, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Regularly evaluate and refine the member engagement framework to meet evolving needs, including offering tailored training and development solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management and leadership that provide insights into programme outcomes, trends, and impact. These reports will inform partners and stakeholders, highlighting the Centre’s achievements and demonstrating value to support continued engagement.
Member engagement and relationship management:
• Build effective working relationships with senior leaders from across the membership, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support.
• Develop and execute a robust engagement strategy to ensure that institutions gain maximum value from their membership.
• Oversee the enrolment and validation of new members, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring alignment with programme requirements.
• Conduct regular needs assessments and check-ins with members to ensure alignment with the Centre’s objectives and identify opportunities for enhanced engagement.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration opportunities within the network to foster partnerships and shared learning.
• Lead the annual recognition review, coordinating judging panels and planning events to showcase and reward excellence across the network.
Member communication and support:
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to keep members informed about events, training opportunities, and programme updates.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly, providing resources and guidance to support their full engagement with the Centre.
• Lead promotional activities to boost member engagement and manage the creation of impactful content for publications, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct and share impact studies that demonstrate the benefits of the Centre’s programmes, helping to raise the profile of WorldSkills UK across various platforms.
• Promote WorldSkills UK’s products and services to drive growth and increase reach within the education sector.

This role is office based (as above) but with flexible hybrid working. It is expected the postholder will attend the office at least once or twice a week.
Full time working hours are a minimum of 35 hours per week, normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday although we pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to our working practices and service delivery and are happy to discuss flexible working options, including part time, with suitable candidates.

JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR is looking for a Digital Communications Officer to join its team, raising vital support for displaced people around the world through creative campaigns such as the Refugee Dictionary, Cuppa Hope as well as fundraising appeals and partnerships.
Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, the Digital Communications Officer will have particular focus delivering day to day social media communications, including community management, publishing, content management and development. This role will also support wider digital communications activities, such as with the Senior Digital Communications Officer who manages the website.
This involves identifying opportunities to amplify appeals, campaigns and partnerships through social media to support UK for UNHCR’s fundraising and public advocacy objectives. Raising awareness of global refugee crises and UNHCR’s humanitarian operations forms a central part of this storytelling, as well as thematic campaigns and PR moments throughout the year.
One of your first focuses will be helping grow and verify UK for UNHCR’s TikTok account and LinkedIn presence, in addition to transitioning the charity’s channels to a new social media management tool. You will also work closely with the wider Communications team in supporting online and offline fundraising appeals.
The Digital Communications Officer will also work with the wider Communications team to identify and support storytellers (including refugees and supporters) to share their stories through the charity’s social media channels.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, coordination and growth
- Deliver and schedule social media content on a daily and weekly basis, with flexibility to respond to news events and emergencies at short notice.
- Produce or commission multimedia content, including videos, graphics and photography to support charity activity on social media.
- Apply understanding of UNHCR’s humanitarian work to deliver strong storytelling and relevant content to the audience.
- Adapt content from UNHCR’s head office and field communications to localise for UK audiences.
- Develop social media editorial plans to amplify campaigns, milestones and events.
- Deliver planning and scheduling in a timely manner and be quick to respond to news and emergencies.
- Flag and navigate political sensitivities in line with UNHCR and charity policies.
- Deliver on a paid media strategy to amplify social media content more broadly, with a focus on Meta ads manager.
- Update and maintain community management guidelines on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the Communications Coordinator to monitor and moderate all of the charity’s social media channels.
- Other support for digital communications as required, such as helping cover website activities when colleagues are on leave.
Analytics, reporting and best practice
- Deliver regular reports outlining the performance of our content and channels, ensuring we’re on track to reach 100k followers by the end of 2026.
- Create and lead on a testing roadmap, leveraging new features across all social media channels.
- Keep up to date with social media content trends, news and tools to inform best practice and strategy.
- Provide subject matter expertise, proactive assistance and advice as required for planning and delivery of digital and supporter journey projects.
- Observe all legal and legislative requirements, comply with policies and procedures, and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

The Role
Are you passionate about communication and marketing with lots of creative ideas? We’re looking for an experienced Communications & Marketing professional to diversify and grow our UK supporter base. You will be responsible for our communications and digital marketing strategy to drive and increase supporter engagement. Working remotely, you will be an integral part of a small team in the UK, reporting to the Head of Fundraising and collaborating with colleagues in India and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively create captivating and impactful content to support UK fundraising and advocacy objectives to broaden HOPE UK’s online presence and brand awareness.
- To optimise and increase engagement across social media platforms by identifying relevant opportunities to engage with online influencers, patrons and ambassadors, third parties, and key UK supporters in order to raise awareness of HOPE UK’s activities and programmes in Kolkata.

Experience and Skills

·Knowledge of various social media channels and understanding of the granularity of audiences.
·Experience of using a range of multi-media tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) to create engaging content to support fundraising campaigns, increase brand awareness, and help drive donations.
·Knowledge of maximising sponsored campaigns and creating targeted posts (notably, on LinkedIn).
·An aptitude to work both independently and as part of a small team who all work remotely.

The Role: The successful candidate will be working with adults in a residential setting delivering assessments, group sessions and one-to-one therapy to those admitted to the service. The post holder will offer an intensive, abstinent-based programme with high levels of group therapy and a strong emphasis on aftercare support. - Assist residents to understand the effects and benefits of any medication prescribed for them and the importance of complying with treatment regimes. This might include liaising with pharmacists, doctors, and psychiatrists for monitoring purposes.

About the role
If you are a database reporting expert and can deliver reports, mailing files and insight to a range of stakeholders, the Reporting and Insight Analyst role may be for you. Advancement seeks an enthusiastic and proactive collaborator to report on and analyse Imperial’s alumni, prospect and donor data. You will work extensively on our Alumni and Fundraising database, with responsibility for maintaining and developing our Power BI data models, as well as delivering reports, mailing files and other data solutions that are essential to the activities of our division.
What you would be doing
You will be supporting teams across our division with their data needs. This will include designing segmentation plans for communications, delivering mailing files and event guestlists, all of which are vital to the daily activities of our fundraising, alumni relations and events teams. Using your excellent database knowledge and technical skills, particularly with Excel, manipulating these large datasets will be second nature to you, and your solid understanding of data protection means we stay GDPR compliant throughout the process.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing all database reports which are run primarily in Power BI. Key duties and responsibilities
The post holder will:
-Steward event participants; this could include undertaking welcome calls, sending supporter communications, providing ongoing fundraising support, following up non-payments, personalised thanking, and supporter surveys. This can be done across a range of channels including mail, email, and telephone, online and face to face.
-Attend events to help enhance our supporters experience and deepen their relationship with Mind.

The NSPCC Research and Evidence team carries out, commissions and partners on high quality social research. We seek to answer big and small questions around preventing and stopping child abuse, and how to support children who have experienced it.
- Our research is child-centred, meaningful and useful - it drives improvements to our work with children, families and communities, influences the development of policy and guidance, and contributes to new NSPCC campaigns, as well as adding to the wider evidence base.
- We also support research activity at NSPCC via our Research Advice Clinic, Evidence Summary Service, and the NSPCC Research Ethics Committee.
What will the job involve?
This is an exciting and varied role for a researcher with excellent project management skills. You'll be working with colleagues in departments across the NSPCC including Childline, Policy and Public Affairs, Knowledge and Information, Schools services and Participation. Current projects we're working on include research on technology assisted online sexual extortion, sex and relationships education at secondary and primary levels, problematic sexual behaviour and provision of services to tackle loneliness, to name just a few.
