Job description

We are proud to partner with Turn2Us, a national charity providing practical support to people facing income shocks and financial insecurity, to recruit their new People, Culture & Governance Officer.

 This role is offered on a hybrid basis and is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
 
In this role, you’ll support the People, Culture, and Governance Directorate with key administrative tasks and charity-wide projects. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, your responsibilities will include assisting senior leaders with diary management, governance administration, and planning organisation-wide events.
 
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills who thrives under pressure. You should have proven administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365, familiarity with board management software, and a strong understanding of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles.
