The person we are looking for will:

Have 10+ years of experience of People & Culture and DEIB experience, particularly in the non-profit/charity/social impact space.

Hold at least 5 years of experience in a legal counsel or similar role, advising on HR-related legal matters.

Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) and be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Have significant experience in nonprofit law, including the development, review, and negotiation of contracts, compliance with relevant regulations, and governance.

Be a people-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering positive, inclusive workplaces.

As Crisis’ Media Officer, you will play a key role in securing impactful media coverage that inspires the public and politicians to join our fight to end homelessness by raising awareness of our influencing campaigns and fundraising events. Who you are
A talented operator who has experience in the commercial world of hospitality (catering and licensed), retail experience would be a bonus, either within a Students’ Union or a high street operator.
You will have held roles where you can demonstrate a vast knowledge of operating commercial outlets whilst controlling costs, managing margins, and delivering great operating standards.
Understanding the market is key as you’ll be helping our member students’ unions to interpret current trends and develop them into successful action within member commercial operations.
Having a good eye for detail and understanding the need for compliance comes easy to you, along with the skill to challenge where non-compliance may be apparent, so you’ll have strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be a good communicator.

As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.
We are looking for an individual with significant MEL experience, ideally in relation to education programmes in low resource settings of Uganda, Zambia, and/or Ghana. Experience in fulfilling institutional donor requirements is desirable, ideally to include USAID and/or FCDO.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to guide, motivate and support members of the wider global MEL team. You will be highly experienced in working with data, and have strong data analysis skills. You will be part of a hard-working, growing and highly effective team who support one another to achieve impact. the main purpose of the role:
- to offer high quality customer service to all visitors and enquirers;
- to be responsible for the day to day operation of the reception area, providing information efficiently and effectively;
- to undertake administration for gym membership and meeting room bookings;
- to undertake additional general administration for The Bridge and provide administrative support to the management team when required.

You will plan and oversee a range of activities and events, whilst building relationships with both residents and staff to ensure the successful delivery of our resident involvement strategy. You will be also supporting the resident scrutiny panel to analyse performance information and carry out reviews of service areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with local communities to achieve positive results, along with experience in housing, customer-focused service delivery, or administrative roles. They should possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong proficiency in IT, exceptional customer service, and both written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to convey information clearly, fluently, and concisely.
