You'll support the team to help drive engagement and reach on social media to increase awareness of our work. You'll have a passion for storytelling, whilst utilising your written communication skills to tailor compelling messages for our different audiences, ensuring we are engaging our audiences in the most effective way.
You'll have a creative eye and knowledge about different formats that can be used to tell our story, from videos and images to graphics. You'll manage our social media channels – Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Instagram – on a daily basis. You'll develop a wide range of digital content aimed at engaging our primary audiences of autistic children and young people and their families through online channels.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the Targeted 1-1 offer as part of the IYS offer in Knowsley including line management of designated staff, financial management, and networking with other key services.

The Role: This is an exciting new position for a highly motivated, organized, and analytical individual with the opportunity to make a real difference in a growing organization. As our Government Fundraising Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing our government fundraising strategy. This role involves a blend of research, advocacy, strategic proposal development, and guidance on contractual and donor compliance. You will join a dynamic, hard-working team responsible for securing 90% of the organization's revenue. Your work will focus on a new two-pronged approach: targeting governments at both the capital and local embassy levels in the regions where we operate our grantmaking programs, with the goal of making this revenue stream a significant component of our organizational budget in the coming years. We are looking for a new member of our Bereavement Services team, to grow our capacity and help us reach even more people bereaved by epilepsy. Our bereavement services are provided for free, completely confidentially, to anyone who needs us. Often via telephone or email support, though we also have a thriving and complex Casework Service, helping bereaved navigate the inquest or investigation into their loved one’s death.
This new position will provide first-hand support to the existing team of 3, learning from their experiences and expertise about how we support people bereaved by epilepsy, and how this way of working influences the work we do across the charity.
You’ll be learning the ropes from day 1, getting stuck in with any tasks needed to help support the Bereavement Services team – this could range from admin tasks, answering initial enquiries from bereaved supporters (via phone or email), and will eventually lead to you taking initial calls with bereaved supporters, sharing with them the different ways the charity can support them, and helping us understand how best we can help them. There is a real potential for this role to grow and develop with the right candidate.

About the role:
We have a new opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Housing Services Team, as a Housing Services & Income Administrator. With proven skills and experience of using IT and databases related to administrative tasks such as producing letters and reports with a clear focus on organisation skills, you will play an essential role with supporting the Housing Services team and Manager, and our supported accommodation teams.
In your role, you will be responsible for
- Maximising rental income and minimising loss through bad debts through efficient application SHP Procedures.

- Collating performance returns against KPI’s and provider monitoring returns.

We are currently operating a blended working arrangement, that includes working from our Head Office in Kings Cross for a minimum of 3 days per week, as well as flexible occasional travel to our accommodation services across London. The weekly working hours are 37.5 hrs, to be completed between 9am-5pm Mon- Fri, with occasional need to work outside of these times in the event of an emergency.

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to support on employee lifecycle administration, and proactively contribute to the review and development of HR processes at CASPA with a strategic focus on accessibility and user experience in a neurodiverse organisation.
The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the HR and Operations Team to develop and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment for our staff and volunteers.
CASPA’s ideal HR Officer is self-aware with a growth mindset, and takes a flexible, agile, a creative problem-solving approach to their work. They have a strong and resilient work ethic and understand the value and importance of maintaining confidentiality in HR matters, and align with CASPA’s mission and values.
