We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. This includes conducting follow-ups and answering queries (by phone, email and in person) from both current and prospective participants on the programmes being delivered by High Trees. They will also be responsible for the preparation of finance related performance evidence for monthly/quarterly submission.
The successful applicant will have experience of providing efficient administrative support, be very organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. We are seeking an experienced social worker to take the role of Practice Lead and play an essential role within a charity dedicated to supporting young people leaving care.
The charity provides support and expertise to local authorities around the country to set up and manage Local House Projects (LHPs) so that young people leave care in a planned and supported way.
About the Role:
As Practice Lead you will have primary responsibility for supporting LHPs in The Midlands but will also be involved in other areas of work. What will your typical day involve?
You will ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Your role involves leading the assessment, planning, and delivery of high-quality care for Residents and their Families, managing Household Managers, and ensuring 24/7 access to specialist nursing support. You will also drive the development of dementia care skills, implement the Nightingale Hammerson’s care governance framework, and oversee clinical supervision and training programs.
Your duties will include delivering safe, effective care, managing staffing, performance, and budgets, and ensuring effective communication within Nightingale Hammerson and with external agencies. Respecting Jewish cultural practices and supporting care service development and strategic planning are key aspects of your role.
In terms of clinical responsibilities, you'll balance administrative and clinical duties, manage care practices, and oversee medication and safeguarding procedures. You’ll work with medical teams and foster effective communication and mentorship within the multidisciplinary team.
You will also support practice development and ensure compliance with training requirements, facilitate student placements, lead clinical supervision, and stay updated with advancements in dementia care. Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and non-discriminatory practices is essential, as is adherence to NGH policies and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. Keeping the Director of Care informed and safeguarding confidential information are also crucial.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must be a Registered General Nurse or RMN with a recognised management qualification or degree. Essential experience includes at least three years managing nursing services in an NHS or social care setting, or two years as a registered manager. You should also have experience in staff training, quality process management, managing diseases among older people, budget management, and project management. Experience at H/I grade level in the NHS, clinical audit, and dementia service development is required.
You must have up-to-date knowledge of clinical and social care for older people, relevant legislation, and nurse registration requirements. Key skills include strategic thinking, staff motivation, effective communication with residents and colleagues, and the ability to manage workloads and policies. Proficiency in care planning and computer use is also required.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Main purpose of the role:
The Deputy Service Coordinator splits their time between the office organising rotas, liaising with families, social services, and health care professionals, and providing a minimum of 20 hours a week of direct support, as well as one weekend a month on the rota, depending on the needs of the service.

Purpose of the Job:
This role is within our crisis alternative service – Safe Space - which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00pm(midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs. The shift pattern for this role is 4:30-11:30pm. This will be on a rota basis across support workers.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis. This will consist of 1:1 support; de-escalating and providing interventions, signposting for specialised or longer-term support, and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The aim of this service is to de-escalate and prevent further crises.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
- To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation

The TACT London & The East Administration Manager will be an integral member of the Management Team with operational responsibility for three highly dedicated and experienced administrative staff. Role Requirements
Site wide general housekeeping service – ensure that the housekeeping services is of an acceptable level and is consistent across site.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
HBF is seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer for an interim period to give direction to the Legal Protection, Medico-Legal and Client Services of the Foundation. This role is crucial for advancing the rights and protection of our clients, many of whom are vulnerable individuals seeking asylum or are survivors of trafficking. We do not provide legal representation directly to our clients, instead we act as a support team to our clients and their legal representation by providing second tier advice. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience
Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths), or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience with the ability to evidence high level numeracy and literacy skills needed to read, understand and interpret policies and the ability to write reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of working with a diverse range of people who have understanding of a range o social and persona difficulties, ideally those with experience of the Criminal Justice System.
Experience of working in a residential setting
Experience of working with people with challenging behavior
Knowledge
An understanding of the underlying issues which contribute to offending behaviour
Understanding of the risk management of service users
Understanding of good Health and Safety practice
Understanding of good anti-discriminatory practice
