Ygam is seeking an experienced trusts and foundations fundraiser, or individual with transferable skills, to join our tight-knit and ambitious team. You will:

Main Role & Responsibilities
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Head of Fundraising in establishing a robust trusts and foundations income stream as part of Ygam’s new Income Generation strategy, which underpins the organisation’s ambitious aims and objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in diversifying our range of income streams to ensure financial health for the future of the charity, underpinned by sustainable and ethical fundraising models.
You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of organisations, including trusts and foundations. By developing and maintaining a calendar of applications, submitting compelling applications and managing successful grants, you will gain invaluable experience in strategic fund development. The Events and Fundraising Assistant helps to improve, develop and organise our events, including the London Legal Walk, Great Legal Bake, Great Legal Quiz and many more across London and the South East. Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR, communications & partnerships strategy to increase awareness and visibility of Bookmark’s brand, mission and reputation.
- Build and deliver Bookmarks external communications calendar, driving reach and depth to support the Marketing team’s KPIs and objectives.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a PR, communications, or similar role, ideally within the charity, education, or non-profit sectors.

Skills:
- A degree in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent experience or qualification.
- Proven experience in external communications, either in a PR team, or at a PR agency, with some experience of managing contractors or an agency.

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be a commercially astute and visitor focused operational leader who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. Through their inspirational, values-based, and collaborative approach, they will always look for new opportunities to innovate and drive growth.
The post holder will bring their wealth of experience as an operational leader with a proven track record within a large visitor attraction to provide expert knowledge to lead a large and diverse team to success.
The COO will be an integral part of the SLT to support business planning by translating the vision, goals, and strategy for the Charity into operational and business plans. They will demonstrate strong financial leadership helping to provide best value and deliver on agreed targets.
Key accountabilities
- Delivery of Commercial Objectives – Drive the commercial performance of our visitor centre, growing revenue whilst managing costs.
- Strategic development - As a member of the leadership team, the COO will play a key role in supporting the CEO with the strategic development of the Charity, bringing a commercial and operational mindset. The COO will attend Board meetings and other Trustee committees.
Main responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial operations team to enhance business performance and standards whilst driving efficiency
- Deliver effective, empowering and engaging operational leadership across a large and diverse team of over 80 people
- Lead on the commercial operational strategy and translate strategy into actionable steps for growth and increased impact

Sense is recruiting for a Creative & Digital Production Manager to join our fantastic Brand and Content Team in King’s Cross, London on a hybrid basis.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end production of content that increases engagement, to help make our bold plans a reality.
The Brand and Content Team manages content production for departments across the whole organisation, whilst also creating content to meet our own strategic goals. You’ll play a vital role in this team, responsible for the entire content production process from brief through to delivery. You will work closely with teams across the organisation that commission content development to understand their goals and objectives, and ensure that content projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with organisational goals.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Be the central point of management for the numerous content development requests that come into both the brand and content, and digital engagement team.
- Be the primary point of contact for teams across the organisation that commission content development, working with them to understand their goals and objectives to ensure that creative projects deliver against these.
- Scope, collaborate and challenge (when required) incoming requests, to ensure that all content briefs serve a specific need and have a clear purpose and plan.
- Project manage tasks and activities through our brand and content and digital engagement teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Enable and facilitate integration between the digital engagement team and the brand and content team to ensure efficient workstreams and deliver high-quality content. This includes chairing the monthly joint team meetings.
- Manage the internal workflow and production process, continuously analysing this to identify and implement optimisations. Educate internal stakeholders on this process to ensure they adhere to this.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers such as graphic designers, photographers, agencies, production houses, printers and other freelancers.
- Manage all project and planning documentation, including translating commissioning team content requests into clear and inspiring briefs, creating production schedules and critical pathways, and communicate these effectively with team members and stakeholders to manage expectations and keep production on track.
- Maintain and develop the joint team priority content calendar, and the Brand and Content Team’s project planner, using these to anticipate and communicate upcoming and future projects to enable effective planning across both teams.
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity within the Brand and Content team to understand capacity levels and to be able to plan accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager and Content Producer to ensure content output follows accessibility, brand and tone of voice guidelines.
- Management of Sense’s central Marketing Materials stock which serve the needs of numerous teams around the organisation, including maintenance of stock levels and financial reconciliation of orders from around the business.
- When required, liaise with the people and families we support and our supporters to ensure our communications are people centred.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience working in a content, creative, marketing or digital team, in-house or at an agency.
- Experience of project management of and working across the entire end-to-end creative/content production process for digital and offline channels, including scoping, brief writing, scheduling, resource allocation, managing creative reviews and feedback, production and delivery.
- Excellent project and time management skills, including the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of creative development and production processes for both digital and print.
- Experience scoping and understanding content development or creative requests from a wide range of stakeholders.

The Joint Operations Director (JOD) is a new role at Devon Air Ambulance, bringing together the leadership of all staff involved in the safe and effective delivery of outstanding services to patients. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and Care Quality Commission (CQC). Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a small team of specialists who lead, advise and support the business and help deliver our strategy. With around 160 staff members the HR Team play a hugely important role in all aspects from recruitment to learning, wellbeing to pensions. It is a small team, and we need someone with experience to deal with the multiple facets of HR and someone who is a “doer”. This role will require an experienced HR generalist with some knowledge of Payroll or a Payroll specialist with previous experience in HR. In both cases you would need a willingness to learn the other aspects.
Key tasks include
• Submit and check our payroll which is managed by Moorepay. This includes handling payroll inquiries, maintaining payroll records, and addressing any discrepancies.
• With the support of our external pension’s advisors, ensure our pension scheme is correctly governed, correct communications are sent to staff and that payments are uploaded to our Pension Scheme.
• Ensure our HR platform (Natural HR) is the single version of truth on employee details, maintained with the latest employee information and that workflows operate correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure our learning management system (Learning Hangar) is operating correctly, new courses are added or updated, and staff maintain recency with their compliance courses.
• Lead/oversee the recruitment and induction of new staff.
• An annual renewal of our benefit insurances supported by our brokers Mercer.
• Deal with internal employee relations matters, if they arise. e.g. OH referral, exit interviews, capability reviews.
• Coach our HR apprentice.
• Develop your own skills to ensure KSS maintains compliance with legislation on Pensions, Pay and People related legislation.

The Royal College of General Practitioners is the largest membership organisation solely for GPs in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1952, it has over 54,000 members who are committed to improving patient care, developing their own skills and promoting general practice as a discipline. General practice is the largest branch of the medicine and provides a majority of population’s contact with the health service.
We are looking for a senior policy professional to join our policy team, which is part of our Policy, Research and Campaigns department. If successful, you will help to make the case for resources in primary care to meet the health needs of our population, develop policy solutions to improve general practice, and influence decision making at senior levels of government. You will contribute to efforts in overcoming some of the biggest problems faced by the NHS in its history, including engaging with the plans being set out by the new Government. You will work closely with our public affairs and campaigns team and our press team, as well as a range of others across the organisation, to ensure that the voice of general practice is heard at the most senior levels.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic policy professional who can hit the ground running and help drive forwards our influence in key areas within a fast-paced policy landscape. The successful individual will be responsible for a range of policy areas affecting general practice.

- have demonstrable experience working in policy.
- be confident in taking a lead on policy development and able to quickly become an expert in complex policy areas of general practice.
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and an ability to explain complex problems to different audiences.
- be a strong self-starter who is confident in taking initiative.
- be confident in using evidence to help make a case for change.
