About the role:
Support to Head of Advice and Support
- Line management of three case workers
- Deliver the service in accordance with Providence Row, policies & procedures and values
- Work to service improvement objectives and team plans
- Contribute to the day to day management of the premises to ensure that facilities run smoothly for staff and service users
- Support management and other workers to manage any Incidents on site
- Contribute to partnership development
- Work alongside colleagues to ensure cross departmental support and appropriate support of shared clients
Client support
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Centre to ensure Providence Row is an enabling environment
- Assist managers and the frontline team to review client related incidents and follow up on complaints
- To ensure all clients are given appropriate trauma informed advice & support to improve their situation
- Ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults processes are followed, where necessary and work with the organisational safeguarding lead
Team support
- Supervise three case workers
- Complete regular supervision, case work management and annual appraisals
- Contribute to the Providence Row assessment procedure
- Support colleagues with technical queries relating to case progression
- Attend training relating to housing advice and present the learning back to staff teams
- Ensuring the team are rehearsed in all policies and procedures
- Support the team to identify training for continued learning and development
Monitor and evaluate work, demonstrating impact
- Ensuring monitoring systems are up to date and that development is ongoing
- Assisting with the review of assessment and recording systems
- Working with other department leads on service user feedback collation
- Keeping accurate financial records of the teams expenditure
- Oversee Advice & Support Team contract monitoring reports for commissioners to ensure delivery against the service objectives and KPI’s.
- Attend contract monitoring meetings alongside the Head of Advice & Support
Partnership Work
- Work with the Head of Advice & Support to identify new partnerships while also developing existing arrangements
- Supporting the team with attendance at key networking events

About The Role
The Help for Heroes Community Development team are looking to recruit a team of Community Builders to assist in their reshaped participation and connection strategy. Using Asset Based Community Development, we seek to support the charity’s objective to enhance reach and positive impact for members of the Armed Forces Community facing challenges within their local communities.

Working closely with Community Development Managers across regions within the UK, the Community Builders will play a vital role in helping to improve lives for Armed Forces Community members by creating a supportive environment that allows them to re-engage and connect with the services at Help for Heroes and with the wider community.
The main purpose of this role is to connect local people through their skills, passions and assets and support the creation of new connections, bringing people together to improve wellbeing and make the community a better place to live. This will include listening to different points of views, building relationships and motivating people to work together and create their own action influenced by their interests and skillsets to positively impact local communities and help them to flourish.
About You
You will have experience leading and facilitating the mobilisation of local communities, asset mapping, bringing together people for engagement that matters to them. You will have knowledge and experience of Asset Based Community Development work, outreach methods and you will have good organisational skills, energy and the ability to animate local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outreach to drive local connection, engagement and participation opportunities for the AFC
- Develop and embed an ABCD informed way of work

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidates will need to be based within an hour’s commute of their allocated locality and there is a requirement to travel within a 75-mile radius of this location (travel expenses covered). - A Community Development qualification and/or at least 3 years' experience working within a community development or similar role, with responsibility for bringing about social change and improving quality of life

About the Team
You will work as part of the Community Development team; this newly formed team will approach working in defined localities using an asset based community development approach. Together the Community Development Managers and the Community Builders will strengthen local communities using resources and networks that are readily available. We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. You will build on an existing portfolio of organisations that donate between four and six-figures. Your ability to develop significant, multi-year relationships with new trusts and foundations will be critical to your success. The School has also previously secured a grant from the DCMS Culture Recovery Fund, managed by the Arts Council, opening the door to possible future funding from statutory sources, which would also fall under your responsibility. The role
As Senior Programmes Officer you will closely with our peacebuilding partners to help deliver an ambitious new programme of work. This is a pivotal time to join our dynamic Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy. As our Senior Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager, you will manage existing and develop new funder and partner relationships across trusts and foundations, and other donors, to ensure we can meet the needs of the increasing number of women we support across London and build on our systems influencing work nationally.

About Woman's Trust
The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.04m and 41 staff in 2023/24. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
You will be joining the Woman’s Trust Fundraising team as we work towards our strategy 2022-2027, to double our income and the number of women we support each year. We are focused on developing innovative mental health services for young women and girls, launching peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
About you and how to apply
As a creative and tenacious senior fundraiser, aligned to our feminist ethos and our service users', you will have experience in securing six-figure, multiple-year grants, with the proven ability to effectively communicate services, and to develop funder and wider sector relationships aligned to our strategic priorities. You will be able to manage and deliver the whole cycle of income generation, including regular prospecting, grant management and impactful funder reporting.

The Association is now looking to appoint a Policy Manager to develop, manage and lead the ADPH Policy Programme, working across sectors and professions to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Khulisa’s new strategy is focused on evolving our delivery approach for lasting impact. This involved making significant changes to our programme delivery and operating model. This shift towards prioritising long-term outcomes and an evolved delivery approach requires an expert Data and Insight Coordinator who can play a central role in data management and analysis, systems development, MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning), and storytelling.
Whilst this role requires proven experience of quantitative skills, we are open to candidates with limited or no experience in qualitative research. This is a varied role and there will be opportunities for fieldwork e.g. conducting interviews, facilitating and moderating focus groups, etc. We can provide training and support to help you develop the necessary qualitative skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about data and eager to contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve our data-driven approach.
