About the role:
Support to Head of Advice and Support
- Line management of three case workers
- Deliver the service in accordance with Providence Row, policies & procedures and values
- Work to service improvement objectives and team plans
- Contribute to the day to day management of the premises to ensure that facilities run smoothly for staff and service users
- Support management and other workers to manage any Incidents on site
- Contribute to partnership development

Client support
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Centre to ensure Providence Row is an enabling environment
- Assist managers and the frontline team to review client related incidents and follow up on complaints

Team support
- Supervise three case workers
- Complete regular supervision, case work management and annual appraisals

- Attend training relating to housing advice and present the learning back to staff teams

This is an income generating role with sales targets for BeyondAutism’s Outreach Services – BeyondAutism Fast Responder®, Outreach and Training. The role
As Senior Programmes Officer you will closely with our peacebuilding partners to help deliver an ambitious new programme of work. Through Local First, Peace Direct will work with policymakers and power holders, supporting them to understand the dysfunctions of the peacebuilding system, and find ways to better support locally-led peacebuilding.

About the role:
We have a new opportunity for a highly organised individual to join our Housing Services Team, as a Housing Services & Income Administrator. Report to: Head of Food Distribution and Volunteering
Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. This includes ensuring all our visitors have a positive experience when collecting their food parcels and are signposted to other provisions appropriately; being responsible for directing the volunteers, working closely with the Head of Food Distribution and Volunteering, Health and Safety, and promoting best practice at each centre. Main Areas of Responsibility
Your role will be to jointly support our team in leading our educational programmes, the Harris Experience (HE) and Harris Experience Advanced (HEA), which are already in place from Year 9 through to Year 13. The HE programme spans three years for each cohort, from Year 9 to Year 11; the HEA programme spans two years for each cohort, from Year 12 to Year 13. Both programmes aim to broaden the cultural and academic experiences of some of our brightest young secondary students in the federation, to give them an outstanding preparation for some of the UK’s top university destinations, including Oxford, Cambridge and medicine. Educational innovation will be encouraged and will be strongly tied to overall programme goals.
Qualifications & Experience

It’s an exciting time to join us. Oakleaf has a proud history of helping people across Surrey who are suffering from mental ill health. This newly created position of Relationship Fundraising Manager is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative fundraising team as we look to develop major donor fundraising further.
The role will be responsible for overseeing all individual donor relationships, with a focus on major gifts. This includes developing and implementing a major donor strategy, as well as assisting the Head of Fundraising with corporate fundraising.
