Role Requirements
Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the Plumber will use their vast experience, skill, and knowledge from previous roles to deliver exceptional plumbing services to the estate, ensuring the efficient operation and safety of all electrical systems and associated items in compliance with current standards and regulations.
Ensuring requirements of Children, young people, parents, staff and visitors are met at all times the role will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule and also for installation, investigation, diagnosis and fault finding on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment, including, but not limited to heating and hot water systems, hot and cold-water services, air conditioning, air handling and ventilation equipment, drainage and rainwater system and control systems. To add variety to your day, you'll also be assigned other duties through the help desk. These tasks will diversify your workload and ensure your role remains dynamic and engaging.
Provide and receive routine and complex information to inform colleagues and other personnel. Be knowledgeable and conversant with technical issues and communicate and explain those to colleagues.
The role holder will assist in the supervision and monitoring of maintenance work carried out by contracts ensuring at all times their own work and that is contractors is within the statutory guidelines the role will ensure a quality customer service and delivery of outcomes within expected SLAs.
The role holder will participate in a 7-day shift rota and out of hours call out to ensure a 24/7 coverage of the estate.

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic charity in search of an Interim Finance Manager. This is a full-time, London based hybrid role for 6-months. As Finance Manager you will have responsibility for primarily the management accounts of the Charity. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Senior Finance Manager, the Head of Foundation and the rest of the Senior Leadership team to ensure that the Charity is financially controlled and effectively and efficiently managed in all areas of operation.

The role will be directly overseeing the World Cancer Research Fund UK’s Fundraising and Health Information Departments. You will report to the CEO and work in partnership with the UK CEO and other senior executives in updating and implementing the organisation’s strategy and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of directing and leading a similar sized UK philanthropic organisation (or a fundraising team within a larger charity), including writing and implementing strategies and evaluating outcomes. About the role
The Corporate Relationships Executive provides administrative solutions and support to the Business and Industry (B&I) team, with a particular focus on supporting our work with Corporate Members. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Relationships, this role works closely with the Head and three Corporate Relationships Managers, and the wider B&I team, to ensure the smooth running of our membership network and other stakeholder relationships. The Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art (PMC) is looking for a Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to oversee the delivery of the Centre’s Networks and further develop our offer.

About the Role
PMC is looking for a Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to manage the delivery of the Centre’s Networks and further develop our offer of networking events and skill development programmes.
The PMC’s Networks connect and support researchers who are engaging with British art in its broadest sense, at different stages of their working lives. The networks currently include the Doctoral Researchers Network (DRN), Early Career Researchers Network (ECRN) and the British Art Network (BAN), a subject-specialist network supported by PMC in partnership with Tate. The programming of each network is led by a convenor: annually appointed external convenors in the case of the ECRN and DRN; the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning in the case of BAN. Additionally, the PMC Networks team run programmes and events to support the vocational development of emerging researchers and professionals, currently including the British Art in Motion film competition and the Art Trade Seminar. During 2025 our Networks programme will be developed and refined, with a new consolidated network for emerging researchers. The post-holder will undertake the final planning and implementation of the new network.
Salary will be £44,000.
This post is a fixed-term contract for a minimum period of 10 months, full-time and the hours of work are 35 per week.

Responsibilities
British Art Network
The successful applicant will:
- take an active role in the BAN team, based across Tate and PMC, in overseeing the effective delivery of the Network’s activities
- lead on BAN’s membership and communications, including working with the external web developer in maintaining and developing the dedicated BAN website and preparing and delivering membership-wide mailings
- work with the Convenor to plan and deliver the Curatorial Forum (a global residential programme) overseeing the logistics and administration (including travel and accommodation bookings)

We are looking for an organised and proactive person who will lead the delivery team for our Grant Management portfolio and Process Hosting services. This involves ‘account management’, which means supporting groups as they scale, as well as oversight of the services. Many of our groups are at the beginning of their journey in impact or size. Our Process Hosting service is new but growing, and provides groups, coalitions and networks with crucial admin, governance and secretarial support suited to non-hierarchical structures. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting groups and leaders facing complex dynamics and testing creative solutions to address their challenges.
This role combines customer service, impact-scaling support, account management, deep facilitation and team leadership. Our hybrid working model:
We operate a 50% onsite hybrid working model, with our office-based staff splitting their time between site based and home working. This enables our office-based staff to balance the benefits of home working with onsite collaboration and maintaining a connection to our cause.
