The Challenging Behaviour Foundation was set up in 1997 by Vivien Cooper OBE, the parent of a child with severe learning disabilities who displayed a range of challenging behaviours. As an equal opportunity employer, the organisation would particularly welcome applications from people with an ethnic minority background or those with a disability, as they are currently underrepresented in the workforce.
