Role Description
This role will contribute to A4ID’s mission of promoting the UN SDGs, the power of pro bono, and strengthening the rule of law by focusing on climate change and environmental conservation.
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a project focused on combatting the Illegal Wildlife Trade (IWT) in the Kavango Zambezi (KAZA) region in Southern Africa. This will include convening partnership stakeholders for project planning and development, devising and implementing activity plans, sourcing experts and developing monitoring and evaluation. This role contributes to building the capacity of legal actors on needed legal support and expertise to tackle issues such as illegal wildlife trade in Southern Africa, as well as climate mitigation and adaptation around the world, particularly in low to middle-income countries. The Project Manager will also have opportunities to engage in coordination and learning activities, representing the KAZA project as part of A4ID’s broader portfolio.
You will lead on and advance A4ID’s climate-related and environmental projects, including related business development and developing and supporting new service offerings and products. The role will also support A4ID teams in relation to climate and environmental projects (including strategic pro bono projects) and will contribute to thought leadership, enhancing knowledge generation, and communications.
You will be based in A4ID’s London office, with possible travel to Southern Africa. This is a full-time (35 hours per week), fixed-term role for one year with annual extensions possible.

Fundraising at BCYP
BCYP has historically been very successful in raising funds from non-statutory sources, particularly trusts and foundations, and is grateful to hold a number of established relationships with grant- makers. We work hard to ensure that we submit excellent, data-driven applications and evaluations. Until now, applications have largely been submitted by our Fundraising Manager- Trusts & Foundations, with occasional support from a freelance bid-writer. About you
The team is looking for a talented individual to support our portfolio projects through excellent contract and finance management. You will have knowledge of donor compliance and donor reporting and will provide integrated programme delivery, contract, and compliance expertise throughout the project cycle: from implementation plan set up to reporting and close out. About the role
We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven public health, inclusion and awareness manager. This is an exciting time to join Breast Cancer Now and the public health, inclusion and awareness team as we continue to grow as a charity and our work across the UK. Your role will continue to help drive forward our team’s work, which is to empower patients and the public to play a full role in managing their own risk of getting breast cancer, diagnosing breast cancer earlier and improving their quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. - Application Assistance - Assist clients in completing application forms, mandatory reconsideration, appeals, and other paperwork related to social welfare benefits, money and debt, funding, and grants, both in person and online.
- Tailored Client Support - Ensure that services are adapted to the needs of each client, considering communication, digital abilities, understanding, and vulnerabilities, while supporting their navigation through online platforms.
- Financial Advice & Support - Provide advice on income maximisation, debt management, budgeting, savings, and accessing financial support, empowering clients to achieve financial independence, including offering digital tools to help manage finances.

The role:

The Senior Grants Manager will play a key role in managing the Foundation's grant-making efforts. Supporting grantees over a multi-year journey to helping them achieve their goals, the Senior Grants Manager will need to be an excellent relationship-builder, with a strong knowledge of philanthropy, and a dedication to enhancing impact through effective grant-making.
Key responsibilities
- Grant Management & Compliance: Oversee all stages of the grant lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Foundation guidelines, values, and objectives.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with grantees, charities, and non-profit organisations, acting as the primary point of contact.

The Senior Grants Manager will have at least 5 years' experience in grant management, preferably in a philanthropic or not-for-profit organisation, or experience of grant-making, carrying out grant assessments and grant reports. The successful candidate will have a strong level of analytical skills, strong experience of working with a grant management database (The Bloom Foundation uses Blackbaud) and an interest in learning from grant making to inform future practice. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely and the ability to think strategically. You will have good relationship building skills and a high level of diplomacy and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in office software packages, including MS Office and Excel and confident working accurately with figures.

The role is based in a modern, vibrant office in Camden on the canal. You will initially work 4 days a week in the office with 1 day from home. The role
The International Programme Manager is responsible for the effective management, coordination and delivery of an ambitious new multi-year programme, Local First: Transforming the Peacebuilding System. We have a long and proud history of providing immigration advice to the Latin American community and has extensive experience with the varied and complex needs that arise from the UK's ever-changing immigration system. The Role

The Immigration Adviser at LAH will provide advice and assistance on basic visa and immigration matters, including handling straightforward cases, often referred to as "initial advice" or "entry-level advice." ● Efficiently responding to LAH service users' inquiries while creating a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment
● Providing one-to-one specialist high-quality immigration advice at OISC Level 1 on basic immigration matters, including visitor visas, Spouse and dependent visas, straightforward EU Settlement Scheme applications, extensions of leave to remain, Settlement and British citizenship applications, providing guidance on eligibility and ensuring LAH service users understand their rights and obligations
● Representing LAH service users by completing straightforward application forms, such as visa and leave to remain applications, and assisting them in gathering and preparing the necessary documentation for their applications, maintaining professional conduct with LAH service Users at all times

Professional Development
● Participating in learning and evaluation sessions with partner organisations as relevant

● Undertaking OISC Level 2 training procured by LAH
● Staying current with legislative changes and policy updates affecting individuals' rights to remain in the UK, and adhering to best practices set by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and Advice Quality Standard (AQS)
Other Accountabilities
● Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with LAH's policies and procedures as well as with the OISC and AQS Code of Standards
● Participating in regular one-to-one sessions for both service and professional development purposes, including regular supervision to assess the quality standard of advice work
● Working closely and collaboratively with other advisers, staff team members, interns, trainees, and volunteers as needed to address the holistic needs and circumstances of LAH service users
● Supporting the preparation for audits by the OISC and AQS, as well as for internal and external reports
● Collaborating with the Head of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the service and implement an efficient administrative strategy
● Conducting workshops and presentations on immigration matters as instructed
● Assisting in creating, maintaining, and distributing relevant informational materials and resources for both the team and service users
