CISV International are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Risk Management and Safeguarding team as the Risk Management Support Officer.
The role will focus on supporting the International Risk Management and Safeguarding Lead and the Safeguarding Support Officer to handle the smooth running of the department as well as to help develop the Risk Management provision for our global members.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading on Risk Management administration projects
- Being the gatekeeper for the incident case management system, ensuring all reports and evidence are logged appropriately
- Helping to ensure volunteers comply with training requirements and supporting the development of training resources including online training packages
- Analysing data and statistics to assess seasonal performance of programmes and events
- Using standard Microsoft Office software to produce accurate reports and spreadsheets
We are looking for someone who is experienced and enthusiastic about joining an exciting, international organisation. You will need to be sensitive to working with people from different cultures all around the world. An understanding of working with volunteers would also be of benefit. As this role will be part of the Risk Management and Safeguarding team there is sometimes the potential to be dealing with very sensitive material involving safeguarding or child protection issues so you will need to be both resilient and adaptable.

Minds Up is a growing mental health and wellbeing training programme for young people, delivered in schools across five south east London boroughs by South East London (SEL) Mind. The programme aims to increase young people’s awareness of mental health, help them recognise the signs if they are experiencing poor mental health and help them take action to protect their own mental health and boost their wellbeing.
We are looking for an administrator to help support the effective operation of the Minds Up Service. The role holder will need first rate communication skills, with a genuine passion for supporting young people’s mental health. Applicants will be able to demonstrate skills in efficiently managing a central inbox and calendar, as well as experience as the first point of contact for public enquiries.
The administrator will require knowledge and experience of maintaining up-to-date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and supporting data and report compilation. An ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

Who will I be changing the lives of?
All of our learners are aged between 16-25 years, have some level of additional need and as a result have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Some of the most common areas of need that our learners experience are Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism (ASC), ADHD although we work with learners with a much broader range of needs.
Main Responsibilities
- To be responsible for a caseload of learners with EHCP's aged 16-25 years
- To act as the main point of contact for staff and services with SEND related queries
- To arrange and carry out Annual Reviews and PEP’s as well as completion and submission of all relevant paperwork, acting as chair for these meetings when required
- To assist the Change Leader with the transition process for learners starting at Really NEET as well as those learners leaving Really NEET
- Responsible for over-seeing the progression of learners on completion of the course
- Promote Inclusion best practice and contribute to the aims and ethos of the college

About the role
The University of London’s Development Office is responsible for delivering philanthropic support for the strategic fundraising priorities of the University. Attendance at the Society’s office in Kensington, London is a requirement for a minimum of two days per week (usually Monday and Tuesday, but days may vary depending on event commitments) and additionally as required. This is a new role within our established Education Team, and it will focus on working with schools and teachers to promote geography as a useful and relevant subject to study, and provide guidance and support for school-based geographical careers education and progression through GCSE, A Level and on to university.
This is an exciting opportunity to take forward the Society’s work in this area in a new and innovative way and will involve extensive work across not only schools but also into higher education and the professional geographer community.
The role is ideally suited to someone with a good understanding of working with schools and teachers, who understands what teachers want and need from careers education support and can work effectively with external stakeholders to ensure opportunities are made available to all. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Learning Designer to help us achieve real impact by leading on the inception, design, development and delivery of inclusive, impactful, and systems-shifting online, blended and in-person learning experiences that deliver on .
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
About You
What we look for in a successful Senior Learning Designer candidate:
- Excellent knowledge of learning design and multimedia learning content design with the confident capability to apply it effectively in practice.
- A strong understanding of the education and lifelong learning policy and practice landscape both formal and non-formal – particularly in the UK.
- Good understanding of curriculum design and assessment frameworks and the challenges and opportunities that hybrid and face-to-face delivery bring to teaching and learning.
- Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and participants from children and entrepreneurs to communities and businesses.
