Overview of Role
This is a brand-new role for someone to make their own! The home is a new addition to our range of services. You will manage the two bedded home working with children in a therapeutic manner, recognising the difficulties that children can experience when considering the impact of early life trauma, adverse childhood experiences and disrupted attachments. You and your team will help them to learn to thrive in their day to day lives. The successful applicant will support and manage a team of senior residential childcare workers and residential childcare workers, whilst acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all residential accommodation is well managed, in accordance with ROSH regulatory standards, decent homes standards and any other relevant legislation.
- Lead the Property team and be a role model, demonstrating Christian values and understand, demonstrate and articulate the Christian ethos at the heart of the organisational work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader and as a manager of staff. Provide pastoral signposting to staff as required.
- Coach, manage and develop the Property team to ensure that they have the required skills to deal with enquiries and deliver a high-quality service.
- Manage and direct the activities the Property team in conjunction with the Buildings Managers and to ensure staff are kept up to date with current best practice, professional methodology in accordance with relevant legislation and effective contract management.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the objectives of the Trusts Asset Strategy
In addition, the successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

Our Business Development Team is integral to the success of our organisation and we are looking for a motivated, driven and proactive individual to join us as a Business Development Manager . 6. Responsibility for ensuring all management information and relationship management insight relating to prospective/new centres is captured.
7. Monitor performance of commercial activities utilising insight systems to prepare reports and forecasts for the Head of Business Development and wider Leadership Team.
8. Conduct regular research and analysis on commercial opportunities to reach new audiences and expand/grow delivery.
9. Work alongside Innovation, Marcomms and Quality Assurance team colleagues to attract, engage and delight customers under the Customer Experience strategy.
10.Alongside the Head of Business Development and Director of Engagement, review, explore and consider future pricing models aimed at increasing the average spend of centres, supporting ‘a whole education leadership offer’.
11.To carry out any other duties as requested to support the work of the Leadership Skills Foundation commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of the post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

Position
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Regional Engagement Manager to lead our dynamic UK field force, offering clear and supportive management to ensure high performance, and supporting our growth efforts in existing and new global markets.
As an integral part of IChemE’s management team, the role holder will represent the organisation’s key field force, supporting and driving operations through frequent liaison with other IChemE management, functional teams, member groups and committees. They will be a key contributor to achieving IChemE’s strategic goals
Alongside team leadership responsibilities, the role holder will develop and deliver their own regional strategy, working with regional HEIs, employers, and other priority partners to identify, nurture and grow sustainable relationships and engagement opportunities that positively impact IChemE’s member recruitment, engagement, and retention.
This is a field based role and as such extensive business travel will be involved, including a requirement to frequently attend the IChemE offices in Rugby and / or London.

Our ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of Degree level education
- At least 5 years work experience or proven practical and diverse work experience in a related field

About the role
We are looking to recruit a permanent multi-skilled advocate to join our busy Halton Advocacy HUB multi-disciplinary team, working 22.5 hours per week.
Based in Halton, for this exciting multi-disciplinary role, we are looking for those with a particular interest in Non-Statutory Advocacy as the role will be based in a secure unit for up to two days a week. This role involves providing general advocacy support to patients in supporting form filling, sourcing general information, signposting and general low-level concerns and safeguarding issues around their care not covered by the IMHA role. The role also covers the NHS Complaints Advocacy in our Warrington HUB (or Halton Hub when required), helping people who need support in making a complaint about their care and treatment under the NHS.
We also require a talented person to undertake the role of the RPR to support individuals detained under the Mental capacity Act on a DoLS when needed.
What we need from you
We are looking for someone who has the creativity and enthusiasm to support people in difficult circumstances, ideally has experience in a health or social care and may have their own life experiences relevant to the role. Although it would be useful to already hold a formal advocacy qualification, if you have not got advocacy qualifications it is not a problem, we will provide the required training.
You will be working from a secure mental health unit for up to two days a week and then the rest of the week will either be working from home so must have access to a stable home broadband service. There will also be an element of the role where you will be out in the community, but not exclusively, in Warrington, Halton, Widnes and Runcorn areas and therefore you must have access to your own transport.
There may be times when work is required outside normal working hours, so flexibility is required.

We are now seeking an experienced, solution-focussed Head of Finance and IT to join our Senior Management Team. This role oversees the financial operations and drives the development of our integrated IT strategy, ensuring first-class financial and IT service across the organisation.
In this role you will ensure timely and accurate management and financial reporting across the organisation, fostering a culture of financial accountability and ensuring that all stakeholders have a sense of co-ownership of this; working closely with the senior management team you will support grant applications to ensure that the terms and conditions of these grants are understood and complied with. You will also manage our cloud-based IT services to support the delivery of our strategic plan, ensuring best value IT across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CIPFA) with a solid understanding of IT systems management. They will have proven experience in both financial and IT leadership roles, working closely with senior managers and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders at senior levels. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex financial data to diverse audiences to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability. Experience in the charity sector and in developing financial strategy is essential for this role.

Data and Research Officer

The post-holder will play a key role within the Development team, maintaining the integrity of the College’s alumni database that underpins every aspect of the team’s work. The post holder will shape and deliver the College’s prospect research strategy, managing the prospect pipeline and supporting the fundraising programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Update, enhance and improve the alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) on a regular basis, ensuring that information is entered consistently, accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain the integrity of the database, including importing and exporting data to/from RE, managing and uploading current student and alumni data from the central University database (CamSIS), College publication returns, the internet and other updates.
- Liaise with Cambridge University Development & Alumni Relations (CUDAR) on a regular basis to exchange updated alumni details.
- Work with the Director and Deputy Director to manage the prospect pipeline, including conducting initial research into potential supporters.
- Produce detailed alumni profiles and briefings for the Director of Development and the Master for key meetings and events.
- Accurately record all gifts, pledges and legacies on the database and ensure procedures are effective and up-to-date.
- Ensure Gift Aid agreements are correctly recorded and renewed as appropriate.
- Prepare donors’ lists for Governing Body, Council and relevant College publications.
- Work alongside the Deputy Development Director to complete the Annual Development Questionnaire (ADQ).
- Conduct research to find lost alumni and re-establish contact via new address and email details.
- Deal with returned mail in a timely and organised manner, and with email “unsubscribes” and bounce-backs.
- Handle the notification of deceased members by recording information on the database, liaising with family members regarding obituaries for inclusion in the College Magazine.
- Help devise new systems and processes to enable the work of the office to be carried out with ever greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. The post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required, and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall work of the College.
