We are currently seeking a highly motivated, confident individual with excellent organisational skills to take on maternity cover for the role of head of marketing, advertising and events.
Reporting to the executive director, you will be responsible for the sale of advertising space on our website, through email blasts to our mailing lists, via our weekly emails and within our quarterly print publication. You will also be responsible for the line management of event support, while managing our event programme which consists of up to 19 digital and in-person events per year. You will also be responsible for line management of the subscriptions manager, overseeing concurrent marketing projects, targeting key subscription areas, and ensuring a high level of renewals amongst our subscribers. Alongside this, there will be opportunities to represent Alliance at external events both in the UK and abroad.
The successful candidate will have strong, persuasive oral and written communication skills, enjoy working in a small team, and have excellent organisation and time-management. The candidate will be a willing participant in all APT discussions and play an active part in driving the organisation forward.

- Lead responsibility for the marketing strategy to grow the circulation of Alliance

This is a new part-time role combining operational management of our small office based in Central London, with supporting and developing the governance activities of an ambitious and growing charity.
Hands-on experience managing the operations of small to medium sized organisations is essential, particularly facilities and office management, health and safety, and IT (working with an outsourced IT Support provider).
You will support the CEO and Director of Finance & Resources with governance activities including preparing for and running board and sub-committee meetings. You will need to be a confident minute-taker with a good eye for detail, and have experience in collating high-quality board paper packs.
You will have an appetite to innovate and drive continuous improvement across your areas of responsibility, and as the only role on the team covering these functions, must love being hands-on and getting stuck in. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.
The Clinical Quality (CQ) programme and the Clinical Effectiveness Unit (CEU) at the FSRH develop a range of evidenced-based clinical guidance and standards documents and respond to evidence enquiries. The Faculty’s Clinical Quality portfolio includes the running of the Clinical Quality Board and its sub-committees: the Clinical Standards Committee, the Quality Assurance and Surveillance Committee and the Research Group.
Can you help us?
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team supporting the work of the Clinical Quality portfolio and its four committees. Specifically, the postholder will provide support to the running of the Clinical Quality Board, the Clinical Standards Committee, the Quality Assurance and Surveillance Committee and the SRH Research Group.
As part of the team the postholder will work closely with the Vice President and Director of Clinical Quality, the FSRH Clinical Quality Committee Chairs and members, as well as wider clinical experts and stakeholders. Key duties will include co-ordinating the work of the committees including liaising with the Chairs to plan the agendas, tracking and managing actions and taking notes. The postholder will also help facilitate the process of developing and publishing clinical standards.
The role:
Administrative and planning support
• Maintain filing systems, preparing and checking documents, ensuring that their presentation meets requirements.
• Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other records systems, contribute to tracking of progress ensuring deadlines are met.
• Servicing meetings, including arranging teleconferencing facilities, travel, preparing agendas and papers, minute taking, liaising with attendees and ensuring timely distribution of papers across the four committees in the clinical quality portfolio.
• Supporting the dissemination of FSRH standards including developing lists of stakeholders to distribute each new standard.
• Providing efficient and effective administrative support to CQ including the Vice President and Director of Clinical Quality.

The Role
Future Advocacy is seeking a Senior Consultant in Advocacy, Campaigns, Communications and Research. The role of Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning will lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Groups Financial Planning, Treasury Management Services and Management Accounting functions as well as assist the Finance Director to lead and manage the Finance team.
The role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of four with two direct reports.
- Lead on all treasury related matters for the group such as arranging new funding, loan compliance, cashflow and banking.

About the Brent Centre for Young People (BCYP)
The Brent Centre for Young People is the leading mental health charity for young people in Northwest London, helping over 700 young people a year with a wide range of issues. Fundraising at BCYP
BCYP has historically been very successful in raising funds from non-statutory sources, particularly trusts and foundations, and is grateful to hold a number of established relationships with grant- makers. We work hard to ensure that we submit excellent, data-driven applications and evaluations. Until now, applications have largely been submitted by our Fundraising Manager- Trusts & Foundations, with occasional support from a freelance bid-writer. About the role:
We are seeking a Head of Operations to work with the CEO and senior leadership team to manage a broad scope of operational functions, including workplace governance, people management, digital support, data and risk management. The Head of Operations will be a collaborative and hands-on professional with project and people management skills, a track record of operational change management, and the ability to inspire colleagues in new ways of working that ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Foundation - driving system, quality and process improvements.

The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will report to the Director of Finance and will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the new system meets the charity's financial and operational needs.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Project Leadership: Manage the planning, resource requirements, scheduling, risk management and budget control for the project, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, liaising with colleagues across teams to ensure that all work is prioritised, maximising the available cross-functional resource in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Draw on financial and accounting expertise to oversee the configuration and customization of Business Central to meet the charity's specific needs.
