The role
The International Programme Manager is responsible for the effective management, coordination and delivery of an ambitious new multi-year programme, Local First: Transforming the Peacebuilding System. This programme will support and strengthen the ecosystem of local actors working for sustainable peace in Afghanistan, Mali, Sudan and eastern DRC, and advocate for increased resourcing and acknowledgement of locally-led peacebuilding.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate person who can:
- Manage and implement a complex, multi-country programme
- Develop and maintain mutually accountable, trust-based relationships with local peacebuilding actors. This will require working proficiency in French as well as English.
- Contribute to the design and development of new work in support of transforming the peacebuilding system in four focus countries
- Oversee internal and external coordination of Peace Direct’s programmes and partnerships work
- Line manage a Senior Programmes Officer, and support the work of up to four Local Peacebuilding Advisors
- Contribute to organisational learning and the roll-out of our learning loop
- Contribute to strengthening Peace Direct’s reputation as a leading peacebuilding organisation shifting power and resources for sustainable peace

Are you a creative communicator? Are you able to develop and curate digital content that sparks conversation? The Head of Finance is a new role which supports the growth of the global finance team in line with the rapid organisational growth and spread internationally. The Head of Finance role shall provide financial leadership, alongside the CFO, through proactive engagement with each business unit vertical, robust support, monitoring and challenge of financial decision-making in context of plans and strategic directives informing key decisions across the Global Organisation.

We are a high-profile non-profit organisation and trade association leading the international clean energy transition as the world seeks to stay within 1.5c global warming target. We have innovative programmes and collaborations promoting sustainable offshore and onshore wind development, mentoring women working in wind industry, education and energy access.
GWEC are a Belgium registered association with subsidiary companies and offices in the UK, India, China, Portugal, Singapore, UAE and Vietnam and a global staff of around 75. We have grown our revenue five times in as many years and have bold growth plans over the next decade as we seek the urgent scale up of wind and clean energy in new and existing markets. The key duties of this Head of Finance are as follows:
- Prepare annual global organisation budgets by entity, business unit and project.
- Prepare multi-year forecasts and financial plans built on known and likely projects, activities, expected growth and blue-sky scenarios.
- Prepare regular financial performance reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
- Have critical oversight of the global results consolidation.
- Lead the Global Finance team with 3 direct reports and outsourced local relationships for each office jurisdiction.
- Prepare quarterly global and entity forecasts and supervise cashflow.
- Hold oversight of global fiscal and tax compliance.
- Plan, forecast and monitor recovery of funds from grant funded projects.
- Promote the visibility of financial data and outputs to stakeholders through continuous improvement and integration of finance and related systems and processes.
- Deputise for the CFO on Financial matters at Senior Management Team and Executive Committee meetings as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified as an Accountant: ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Non-profit experience, particularly with grants and project financial reporting.
- International experience – ideally at HQ group level (non-profit or commercial) demonstrating an understanding of cultural and logistical challenges.
- Excellent FP&A experience, including modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience of managing a finance team.
- Experience providing a proactive partnering role to business operations, especially in ensuring achievement of budgets
- The willingness to travel internationally to other GWEC offices on an infrequent basis.

In this role, you will:
1. Vision and direction
- Articulate a clear vision for the organisation’s campaigning; lead the organisation and the team to implement this vision and help deliver an increase in the scale and impact of WaterAid’s global influence to accelerate progress towards SDG6;
2. Global Campaign Plans
- Lead the design and implementation of WaterAid’s priority global campaigns to maximise WaterAid’s influence on global and national political debates, working in partnership with senior leaders across the organisation.
- In partnership with the Global Policy and Advocacy Director, ensure WaterAid’s campaigns and advocacy are rooted in robust evidence and credible policy analysis;
- In partnership with WaterAid’s International Affairs Director, work to strategically influence and position the organisation’s key campaign agendas in international and multilateral fora.
- In partnership with WaterAid’s senior leaders, support the development and implementation of national level campaign plans, to deliver policy and practice change in key countries, and identify opportunities to bridge between national and global campaign agendas;

5. Leadership and management
- As a member of the Department’s Senior Management Team, take shared responsibility for shaping both the department and WaterAid’s strategic global campaigns approach, championing a matrix style of working with teams and colleagues around the world;
- Work in partnership with the Global Director of Policy and the Global Director of International Affairs to maximise the synergies between the Policy, Campaigns and International Affairs teams, encourage a team culture of strategic collaboration and ways of working that foster the breaking down of silos;

About You:
- A proven track record of leading successful international campaigning and advocacy initiatives, including through influencing institutions and governments, mobilising constituencies and achieving ambitious political change;
- Proven experience of mobilising the public on SDG thematic areas.
- A keen political ‘savviness’ and an awareness of the potential for achieving political change primarily, with a demonstrated track record of both insider and outsider approaches and sophisticated understanding of when and how to apply them;

About the role
The Reaching the Last Mile Africa (RLM) programme is a significant, intricate initiative spanning multiple countries and years, dedicated to eradicating onchocerciasis and lymphatic filariasis (OV and LF).
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the RLM programme. This will be achieved by coordinating administrative and support systems, procedures, and sub-teams essential for the programme’s management.
Principle Accountabilities
- Ensure professional support for all external NTD meetings with donors and international partners, including logistics, room bookings, agendas, slides, recording, virtual participation, and minute documentation and distribution.
- Coordinate support for regular internal RLM meetings, such as bi-weekly calls, by managing invites, agendas, and minutes.
- Assist with large-scale events organised by RLM, including drafting and sending invites, liaising with the event organisation team, and supporting agenda and materials development.
- Assemble information for presentations, communications, and reports, and manage internal document storage systems (Microsoft SharePoint and Teams).
- Support the RLM team, NTDs Directorate, and Institutional Funding Team in compiling key donor milestone reports and other programme outputs, coordinating reviews, presentation, and distribution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the RLM Systems Strengthening Committee, including liaising with members, scheduling meetings, preparing slides, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Provide travel support to the Executive Director, Deputy Director and SPO where requested. Accurately handle all travel arrangements, including hotel reservation, flight reservations and ticket purchases, visas and other immigration requirements

The Coordinator is adept at compiling reports, managing consultancy agreements, and providing comprehensive travel support.
Jobholder Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in an administrative role within a reputable INGO or similar organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to express information clearly and concisely.

Ethiopiaid is a small charity that makes a big impact in Ethiopia. Our approach is simple, and it works. We partner with local NGOs in Ethiopia to provide the funding they need to put their programmes into action.
Our dedicated and friendly team of nine staff are based in central Bath and we are seeking someone to join us in the Partnerships team to focus on growing income from trusts and foundations, support fundraising from high-net worth individuals, and provide administration support to our CEO.
Working with the Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Manager you will focus on developing our small portfolio of existing trusts and foundations as well as prospects, support with delivering excellent stewardship and engagement, and lead on prospect research to attract and secure new funders.
As part of a small energetic team, you will also contribute to the growth of income from high-net worth individuals and the delivery of wider team objectives.

We are a professional, yet relaxed, office with a flexible work structure (core hours 9.30am to 3.30pm). The team are expected to work two days a week in the office, with an option to work flexibly on the other days from home if you can provide a suitable office set up. Prospectus is excited to be supporting Kijana Kwanza in their search for a Director of Partnerships and Income Generation: a grassroots project based in Moshi, Tanzania, which empowers children and young people with the skills and opportunities to prepare them for a future without poverty. The organisation directly sponsors over 200 children and also delivers a variety of day services and social welfare provision for the wider community of children, young people and their families.
Kijana Kwanza UK provides support to the work in Tanzania in particular through fundraising, governance oversight, and some advisory engagement in project delivery. A new post, Director of Partnerships and Income Generation, will lead on income generation at Kijana Kwanza to increase their operating budget and reduce reliance on the founder’s personal contacts and networks who have generously supported the charity since inception.
The successful applicant will be an experienced strategic leader, with demonstrable experience of developing sound fundraising strategies across diverse sources. S/he will have a track record in securing six-figure income from philanthropic sources, including corporations and major donors. Experience in similar types of settings and a demonstrable commitment to the aims and values of Kijana Kwanza are required.
