CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! Leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.

Lead the CoppaFeel! Marketing team - setting direction, supporting growth and overseeing performance.

Lead on the delivery of CoppaFeel!’s marketing strategy and management of marketing output across the charity.

Lead on the delivery of the annual marketing campaign to create award winning, impactful work that raises awareness of CoppaFeel! with our target audience.

Ownership of the marketing budget and quarterly re-forecasting.

Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.

Develop long term partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders both in the breast cancer space and marketing sector that bolster CoppaFeel!’s growth and awareness with young people.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential

Minimum 5 years experience working in a marketing/brand communications role.

Demonstrable experience of implementing marketing strategies.

A strong track record of delivering multi-platform, integrated awareness campaigns, with an understanding of media planning, creative, PR and social media planning, creative, PR, social.

Coordinate the IPD Annual Cycle
- Coordinate the IPD planning and reporting processes (Annual Cycle), including supporting the development and roll out of new planning and reporting processes.
- Build close working relationships with IPD senior management, Regional teams and key departments including Finance, People, Communications & Fundraising to support application and ownership of planning and reporting processes.
- Lead on the development of PMER guidance and tools to support IPD planning and reporting processes.
- Identify and support regular reviews and adjustments to Annual Cycle processes
Lead the coordination of the PMER Community of Practice
- Lead the coordination of the PMER Community of Practice and organise and chair the Community of Practice Steering Group. The PMER Community of Practice is an informal group designed to facilitate the sharing of learning and best practice among WaterAid staff, especially PMER staff.
- Lead on PMER Community of Practice communications including the CoP communications strategy, quarterly PMER inductions, trainings and learning sessions and communicating regular PMER updates.
- Ensure that the PMER Community of Practice is active, incentivising participation in COP activities e.g. drop in clinics, webinars, discussions etc.
Strengthen organisational PMER capacity
- Develop and manage effective PMER capacity strengthening initiatives to support the application of the PMER core procedures and especially Reporting processes. This includes developing new and strengthening existing PMER guidance and tools and developing and delivering training.
- Provide remote and/or face-to-face support to Country Programmes and Regional Teams on an ad hoc basis to strengthen and build capacity in PMER
- Support any other relevant processes including administrative tasks within the remit of PMER as required
External Representation
- Represent WaterAid externally on key PMER issues, linking with key networks as appropriate
About You:
- Experience of coordinating and rolling out complex reporting processes, working with a range of stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Experience of building engagement of colleagues on a specific area of work, in-person or remotely
- Experience of strengthening the skills and capacities of others either face-to-face or remotely
- Good understanding of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting concepts and approaches
- Experience of writing reports fluently in English based on analysing and presenting complex information to a variety of audiences
- A self-starter, able to work independently and drive tasks forward to completion, escalating issues where appropriate
- Ability to travel internationally for up to 4 weeks per year

The Role: This is an exciting new position for a highly motivated, organized, and analytical individual with the opportunity to make a real difference in a growing organization. As our Government Fundraising Specialist, you will be at the forefront of implementing our government fundraising strategy. This role involves a blend of research, advocacy, strategic proposal development, and guidance on contractual and donor compliance. You will join a dynamic, hard-working team responsible for securing 90% of the organization's revenue. Your work will focus on a new two-pronged approach: targeting governments at both the capital and local embassy levels in the regions where we operate our grantmaking programs, with the goal of making this revenue stream a significant component of our organizational budget in the coming years. You will not be starting from scratch, as we currently have secured government funding, as well as numerous relationships with governments that can be leveraged. The Senior Multiple Needs Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) will work within a dynamic, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service based at the CGL Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.
The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.
The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:
Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.

We are working with a national charity with a clear vision of a society where care and support maximises people's choices, removes social inequality, and enables people to live fulfilling, safe and healthy lives. We are looking for an outstanding, temporary PA to work remotely on an ongoing temp contract with scope to become permanent. Occasional visits to the London office are required once a month.
The Personal Assistant to the CEO is the first point of contact for general CEO queries, and will be responsible for managing the CEO’s diary, coordinating and scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management. The role holder will need to attend various meetings including internal management, staff, board and committees, to take clear, concise and succinct minutes and actions, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed. The role holder will need to be a strong communicator, with attention to detail and discretion an essential criteria.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments and meetings
- Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, including management, board and committee meetings, ensuring timely preparation of the agendas and supporting meeting papers
- Attend meetings to capture, clear and succinct minutes and actions (at least one meeting per month, will be held physically in London)
- Pro-actively follow up on meeting actions to ensure associated deadlines are met
