This role is home based but will require frequent travel to Coventry, and further travel to our services across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all residential accommodation is well managed, in accordance with ROSH regulatory standards, decent homes standards and any other relevant legislation.
- Lead the Property team and be a role model, demonstrating Christian values and understand, demonstrate and articulate the Christian ethos at the heart of the organisational work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader and as a manager of staff. Provide pastoral signposting to staff as required.
- Coach, manage and develop the Property team to ensure that they have the required skills to deal with enquiries and deliver a high-quality service.
- Manage and direct the activities the Property team in conjunction with the Buildings Managers and to ensure staff are kept up to date with current best practice, professional methodology in accordance with relevant legislation and effective contract management.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the objectives of the Trusts Asset Strategy
In addition, the successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

This will be achieved through mobilising the power of scientific evidence and citizen voices to trigger change in government policies, corporate practices, financial disclosure, and political and public expectations. The choreography and delivery of this change will be a core focus of the successful candidate’s work.
We are keen for the post holder to be based at Water Witness’s Edinburgh offices where they will help to mentor and nurture the next generation of water leaders, though some flexibility may be considered. This role will involve travel within the UK and internationally. It would suit an exceptional communicator who is fluent in the technical and policy aspects of water and climate justice, and who has several years of demonstrable experience in using advocacy, communications, and stakeholder engagement to drive change. Key Details
Salary: £68,000 per annum with generous benefits including 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays, enhanced pension contribution, private medical health insurance, life assurance, and flexible/hybrid working.
Hours: 35 per week over 5 days.

For this varied and busy role of Events Manager we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills. Main purpose of the role:
The Community Leader (Director) leads the Community in living the mission of L’Arche in our community life, by providing outstanding, person-centred and financially sustainable care and support services, by support for shared community and spirituality, and by engagement with the wider community around us.
Are you a leader who can:
- Inspire and lead a diverse and talented community of over 100 individuals with and without learning disabilities - people we support, employees, volunteers, long-term friends and members.
- Oversee and develop £2.5 million worth of registered care, supported living, and day services, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, alignment with the L’Arche vision and values, and maintaining financial sustainability.
- Lead a team of 70 employees through strategic direction, effective processes and service delivery, and emotionally intelligent, collaborative, forward-thinking people management.
- Represent L’Arche London externally in fundraising efforts, outreach to build local partnerships, and participation in L’Arche UK leadership and governance forums.

The successful candidate will build campaigns that drive that public demand, playing a pivotal role in driving forward this agenda, delivering improvements in the lives of millions of the world’s poorest people.
In this role, you will:
1. Vision and direction
- Articulate a clear vision for the organisation’s campaigning; lead the organisation and the team to implement this vision and help deliver an increase in the scale and impact of WaterAid’s global influence to accelerate progress towards SDG6;
2. Global Campaign Plans
- Lead the design and implementation of WaterAid’s priority global campaigns to maximise WaterAid’s influence on global and national political debates, working in partnership with senior leaders across the organisation.

The remains of the historic works are the best preserved in Wales and of UK importance.
