Overview

This course explores the key skills needed to develop and launch a successful crowdfunding campaign. Crowdfunding can be an incredibly powerful tool for raising money and also connecting with your audiences and empowering them in new ways. However, to achieve success, organisations need to be equipped with a clear strategy and to effectively use crowdfunding tools that can support long-term engagement with audiences.

This course will be delivered virtually via Zoom in two 3-hour sessions, taking place on Wednesday 13 November 2024 from 10am-1pm and Wednesday 20 November 2024 from 10am-1pm. It is necessary to attend both sessions to complete the full training.

This course is aimed at those with a specific project in mind which they’d like to support through crowdfunding, those who think they may want to run a crowdfunding campaign in future, and those interested in developing knowledge about how crowdfunding works.
