The British Museum seeks a Supporter Data Assistant to contribute to its mission of offering an exceptional supporter-centric experience. The role is integral to maintaining and enhancing supporter relationships by assisting in key strategic tasks related to data management, gift processing, and e-communications. Reporting to the Supporter Data and Insight Officer, the assistant will coordinate data projects, manage event nominations, support internal working groups, ensure accurate gift entry, and uphold GDPR compliance.
The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and data skills, thrive in collaborative settings, and actively contribute to supporter engagement initiatives. Additionally, duties include training new staff, preparing mailing lists and supporter credits, and participating in Museum events, sometimes outside regular hours.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Under the guidance of the Supporter Data and Insight Officer, to assist with the coordination of supporter data projects co-ordinate nominations for Museum event guest lists for members of the fundraising teams and other departments.
- To provide support to the Database Officer Email and Insight with projects relating to e-communications; support with building emails and cleaning data.
- To assist in the Advancement Operations Supporter Experience working group.
- To assist where appropriate and collaborate with other teams to ensure supporters receive the best possible supporter journey and experience with the Museum.
- To provide support with gift entry ensuring that gifts and pledges are entered onto the Raiser's Edge using the correct fund codes to ensure accurate reporting of a total fundraising income.
- Supporting the management of gift documentation.
- To assist in keeping the Advancement Engagement plan up to date, including keeping track of critical data deadlines required.
- To assist with the collection of insights, under the guidance of the Supporter Data and Insight Officer and Database Officer, Email and Insight.
- Be responsible for checking and supporting the collating of large sets of data.
- Play an active role at evening and breakfast events outside of working hours (time off in lieu will be given).
About you:
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
- Highly IT literate including Microsoft products such as Excel, and preferably with knowledge of CRM databases such as Raiser's Edge.
- Experience working at a charity or not for profit organisation, or in a creative industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Experience working proactively and methodically while managing your workload and deadlines.
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with a calm and patient approach to explain research matters to others.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and to work out of hours (time off in lieu will be given).

YMCA Hastings provides supported accommodation for a total of 47 young people at risk of homelessness, aged 16 to 25, and care experienced young people under the age of 18. Our staff team comprises of Support Workers, Night Staff and Managers. Each Support Worker holds a caseload of residents and meets with them weekly to build a support plan and help them achieve their goals.
We are looking for a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Hastings Foyer team with the expectation on occasion to work across locality. Main areas of responsibilities:
Coaching and Engagement
- Coach young people so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.
- Ensure young people are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage our fulfilment agency including setting and monitoring levels of service provided, and leading on procurement when required.
- Line manage the Supporter Care Co-ordinator providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Oasis Community Hub East Southampton are recruiting for an experienced Lead Youth Worker to work alongside the youth and community hub team in East Southampton. This positive, adaptable and talented youth worker will help us to deliver detached youth work and mentoring. Supporting the development of a team and building youth leadership opportunities.
The role will be focussed on the East Southampton community surrounding Oasis Academies Mayfield and Sholing and the Harefield Hub space. Delivering detached work, alongside other partners using our Oasis Youth van; delivering mentoring in schools and supporting and developing a youth team.
Key responsibilities will be:

This is a new role for NST, building on the work developed through our ‘Get Connect, Stay Well’ project currently funded through the ‘Getting Help in Neighbourhoods’ programme.
Are you a community focused individual who has an interest in coordinating and developing a wellbeing programme, then this might be the role for you?We are looking for applicants with excellent communication and organisational skills, who have an understanding of the barriers and challenges facing individuals within deprived communities. Main responsibilities and duties
To:
1. Coordinate and develop a wellbeing programme that supports the mental health and wellbeing of NST service users and the wider Braunstone community of LE3 1.
2. Support individual service user wellbeing by referring into activity delivered by NST and other local community partners.
3. Undertake regular wellbeing check-ins with service users to monitor progress and impact of engagement with wellbeing activity.
4. Update the company’s CRM system with participant information in line with GDPR and record progress and impact.
5. Develop, implement and maintain effective monitoring and recording systems: capturing and recording data to demonstrate the programme reach, providing reports and other information as required.
6. Support the Service Manager to maintain accurate budgets and financial records especially for monitoring funding grant returns.
7. Support the Service Manager in the development of funding bids to support delivery and expansion of the wellbeing programme.
8. Build and maintain partnerships which will support the development of wellbeing programmes.
9. Source, arrange and co-ordinate facilitators and practitioners suitable to deliver any planned activity.
10. Ensure that adequate risk assessments are undertaken prior to any activities and that confidentiality and safeguarding protocols are followed.
11. Support the Communications and Project Support Worker to promote the programme by developing copy and marketing material for circulation on the various company social media platforms and website.
12. Support the supervision of activities, including the staff and volunteers where applicable.
13. Represent and champion the services provided by NST as required at external events and meetings.
14. Work in partnership with the Wellbeing Facilitator to ensure that the over 50s programme is developed and delivered in line with the overarching wellbeing programme.
15. Work in partnership with the Training Support Worker to ensure the Men’s Group is delivered in line with the overarching wellbeing programme.
General Duties:
16. Attend and participate in team meetings, training and events that ensure the effective sharing of information and co-ordination the team’s activities.
17. Undertake administrative and maintenance duties that assist in the smooth running of the NS base. This will include taking collective responsibility in relation to matters of health and safety, equipment maintenance, data protection and confidentiality management; and visitor service and care.
18. Ensure that all NST activities are undertaken in line with the legal requirements and b inspired policy, procedures and good practice. This includes the production of risk assessments and other data that can demonstrate effective and safe planning.
19. Undertake consultations in-line with the Neighbourhood Action Plan and work alongside other members of the NST to gather, collate and analyse information that inform perceived local need/s.
20. Work outside normal office hours and at weekends as and when required.
21. To ensure promotion and implementation of The Braunstone Foundation’s policies in relation to Equalities; to ensure that buildings, equipment and facilities are managed in a safe and effective way in line with Health and safety requirements.
22. To carry out work in such a way as to promote The Braunstone Foundations aims objectives and agreed policies.

Housing First is an innovative approach to supporting the most excluded and hard to reach clients. It focuses on finding housing first and then addresses the issues that have contributed to an individual’s homelessness.
The new Reading Housing First service aims to support hard to reach clients with complex needs by sourcing independent tenancies and providing intensive support into long term accommodation. By adopting a flexible, creative and personalised approach, the service aims to support individuals to manage their tenancies in the community and rebuild their lives. The innovative new Housing First and Complex Couples Move on Support service will continue to support individuals, as well as helping couples who have experienced homelessness and struggled to stay in long term accommodation to find and keep a home, together.
- In the role of Housing First Worker, you will work 9-5 Monday to Friday, working with a person centred approach to support clients in their own homes as well as in the community.
- You will be responsible for managing a small caseload of client’s day to day, delivering ongoing and intensive support to help people set up their home, with the overall goal of supporting them to sustain their tenancy and achieve individual goals and aspirations.
- You will develop the skills to build and maintain effective relationships with local partner agencies to support clients throughout their recovery.

Our approach is centred on deep organising with a cohort of patient leaders who have been directly impacted by the health injustices on which we campaign. This group steer and lead our campaigns, but are supported by a much larger group of volunteers and supporters. This role will be focused on our campaign strand around the crisis in young people’s mental health, focused on the role that late-stage capitalism is having on both the drivers of poor mental health, mental illness, and madness, and the ineffective responses to this crisis.
The role has two distinct parts: providing administrative support that facilitates the work of the Senior Youth Mental Health Organiser; and identifying and developing the leadership of young people directly affected by these health injustices and their families, building trusting relationships that ensure they are able to shape the strategy and lead the campaigns that win tangible improvements in the mental health and wellbeing of the people we are campaigning with and for.
You will work with key external allies to coordinate and multiply our campaigns, and ensure there are meaningful actions volunteers and supporters can do to further our campaign goals . IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health and drug & alcohol teams across England. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS experts, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients. Subject to funding award, we are recruiting to a Project Support Officer. This role will provide essential support to enable the whole team to effectively and efficiently deliver a wide range of provision to IPS services nationally.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to expand the IPS Grow team, aimed at helping health systems deliver high quality evidence-based employment practice. We are a well-established service, led by Social Finance and are funded by NHS England and DWP to support the expansion of IPS services across mental health and drug and alcohol teams.
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to focus on supporting the IPS Grow team and programme within the Health + Work team at Social Finance. This role will include providing project and administrative support to the team to ensure we have real impact. The role will report into the Team Head for IPS Grow.
Responsibilities

Provide project support and coordination of IPS fidelity reviews:

Support with collection and collation of data, helping generate insight and contribution to the evaluation of our work and of the services we support. This may also include data entry and contributing to standard reports;

Butterfly Service is looking for a part time (21 hours) Family Support Worker to work in our Butterfly service. The post is to cover Maternity leave up to August 2025.
For the past 19 years, the Butterfly service has provided family support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families who are living in the city of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire areas. Melbourne View is a 24-hour supported living service with 12 self-contained flats. The service is for people ages 16 and over, people living in Cumbria and people with a primary diagnosis of mental health. The service is tailored to each person with the goal of supporting individuals to manage their accommodation and help them move back into independent living and the wider community. We support individuals to gain or regain skills and confidence to achieve greater independence. We can support to develop coping strategies to best manage mental health and to access community groups. Staff support all aspects of daily living skills and can help access training, volunteering, employment, or further education.
