With 1 in 5 children struggling with their mental health, our surf therapy intervention is needed now more than ever. We transform the lives of children struggling with depression and anxiety. Through our 6 week course we help them to feel calm, confident, to have positive thoughts about themselves, to have higher self esteem and trust in others. We work with over 2000 children and young people across the UK every year and have reached over 14,000 over the past 14 years.
It is an exciting time to join the charity - we have a new CEO in post who has plans to take this charity to new heights - reaching even more children than ever before and we need an experienced fundraiser who can help us achieve that vision. Liverpool SHS is a mental health, 12 hour supported housing and community based service, working to a recovery model. We provide a range of support services for people with mental ill health to access in their local community, including outreach support, tenancy support, peer support and supported housing. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards.
We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. When someone sustains a spinal cord injury, it is a life changing experience.
Back Up’s Regional Outreach and Engagement team are the very face of the organisation and are based across the UK, working directly with spinal cord injury centres, major trauma centres and hospitals – or indeed anywhere that people affected by spinal cord injury may be.
As a Regional Coordinator, you will build relationships and take ownership for what happens in your geographical area. Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Specialist Support Workers provide information, social inclusion and vocational opportunities to support people to recover and stay well; exercise choice and control in their care and lives; and participate on an equal footing in the community. Support is also provided to develop a model of self-advocacy, self-management and empowerment, incorporating the principles and practice of recovery, co-production and peer support.
Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The rota will include early shifts (08:00 - 16:00), late shifts (14:00 - 22:00), and weekends.

The role
Cruse Bereavement Support is the UK’s leading Bereavement charity. We help people through one of the most painful times of their lives through bereavement support, information and campaigning.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Somewhere For Us Project team. The aim of the Somewhere For Us project is to ensure that children and young people feel supported on their grief journey. The project service is co-designed with a Youth Advisory Group. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of bereavement supports to children, young people and communities across the Western and Northern Trust Areas and wider NI if required. The support is provided through Understanding Your Child’s Bereavement online session for parents, group support, 1-1 support and Understanding Your Bereavement online sessions for children and young people. Awareness sessions are provided to organisations and individuals working with children and young people within the community, for example sports clubs, community groups, schools, churches.
The Somewhere For Us Project supports bereaved children and young people aged 8 – 25. It is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund through their Empowering Young People funding stream.
The post is based in our Foyle office, with one day a week in Belfast. The post is funded until the end of June 2027.

Purpose of the role
The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.
Terms and Conditions
· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.
· Type of contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

· Holidays: 25 days plus UK bank holidays increasing by one day p.a. after two complete years of service to a maximum of 27 days p.a. (pro rata) plus office closure days between Christmas and New Year

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical
The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:
· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects
· Project lead for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Project.
· Technical lead for pieces of work/activities within the IFE/MAMI portfolio.
· Senior editorial role in Field Exchange
· Institutional engagement; particularly donors and foundations
Distinguishing role characteristics include:
· Portfolio lead: – Provide oversight of the balance, delivery and directions within the portfolio, managing the portfolio team, and with responsibility for ensuring plans are resourced.
· Project lead: Ensure delivery and assure quality technical outputs
· Technical lead: Deliver on specific pieces of work/activities within the portfolio
Examples of the types of project responsibilities the postholder will assume, depending on the specific role requirements and their relevant experience, include:
· Providing technical leadership to design, manage, deliver and ensure quality control on project areas

2. Strategic Development
The Senior Technical Associate will contribute to the overall strategic development of ENN and our strategic partners, including:
· Contributing to the realisation of ENN’s Strategy, potentially including representation on ENN’s Senior Leadership Team.
· Being aware of key developments in the nutrition (and related) sectors, identifying new activities, partners and opportunities that align with ENN’s strategy.
· Representing ENN and contributing to global groups/initiatives/efforts

Person Specification
Essential requirements
· Master’s degree in nutrition/Community Nutrition, Public Health or relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
· Strong technical acumen and knowledge of the policy, research and practice landscape (stakeholders, policies, gaps, current key topics and challenges) in International Nutrition and Health.
· Significant technical experience in the priority areas outlined above
· Significant, relevant field experience

Our Little Stars project for 0–12-year-olds has been established for over 5 years supporting younger members and their families with their diagnosis and beyond. We also have a growing Teen membership known as FIRE (Friendship, Independence, Resilience, Equality) Working alongside our multi skilled, established team, you will be supporting members across all age groups and building on the great foundations already in place.
We are looking for an Early Intervention Project Worker who can cover the South of England, primarily you will be home based, supporting members through phone calls and using online platforms. You will be required to attend clinics, events and meet members one to one where necessary within your allocated area and occasionally across wider areas and nationally.
Purpose of the role

To deliver Shine's Little Stars (funded by The National Lottery Community Fund) project for 0–12-year-olds, supporting early years and younger members with their families, their diagnosis and beyond across the Southern Region.
