As Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser, you’ll work as part of the Public Fundraising team responsible for managing a portfolio of Individual Giving campaigns from inception through to evaluation to generate funds, improve engagement and increase life-time value of existing supporters.

About the Role:
This new position will drive our income generation efforts through various channels and initiatives. Who we are looking for:
Someone with substantial and demonstrable experience of working with corporates within FTSE 250 and the commercial sector. This includes proactively acquiring new partnerships and maximising existing relationships, including how to access the decision makers.
Have excellent presentation and negotiating skills, representing the charity in a range of settings and to a range of audiences.
Be a self-starter with strong sales and influencing skills, Able to work independently in particular in developing corporate fundraising products and tools.
Degree in Business, nonprofit management, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in income/revenue generation, fundraising, or new business sales, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, displaying a commitment to excellence and careful attention to detail.
Target driven with an ability to think strategically and develop and implement compelling fundraising strategies.
Strong organisational and project management skills.

Overall purpose
This is a key role that will work closely with the Senior Communications Manager, Head of Public Engagement and Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

The Role
As a key member of the Institute’s growing nature team, you will be working specifically international nature markets. Refugee Council is a leading charity supporting refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives in safety here in the UK. Providing practical, hands on support, their award winning services include welcoming refugees into local communities across the country, providing specialist children’s services – with a particular focus on refugee children who arrive here alone, helping people to navigate the asylum system, and supporting people to access housing and employment. Evidence from services is then used to also inform the charity’s leading policy and influencing work, including campaigning for a fairer and kinder refugee protection system. The charity works with more than 14,000 men, women and children every year.
As a result of growing need and increasing interest in Refugee Council’s work, the charity has ambitious plans to make a leap in impact, with investment in their Philanthropy Team to raise increased funds from key high value audiences.
This role will be a critical part of the Philanthropy & Partnerships management team and represents a brilliant opportunity to support the growth and development of our major donor, trust and statutory and corporate partnerships portfolios.

Main purpose and scope of role

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
Leadership
· Strive to ensure that the charitable purposes of IPWSO are followed and that it delivers the public benefit set out in its governing document.

About the role
Corporate Partnerships are a vital income stream for Habitat for Humanity GB, and with the guidance of our Head of Corporate, the Corporate Partnership Manager will work to maximize fundraising opportunities and strengthen relationships with our current partners.
What the role involves
The Partnerships Manager will help to retain long term support and drive growth within in our portfolio for Habitat for Humanity GB. - Source inspirational stories from our walking groups and volunteers, to help support growth of our membership community.
- Check data from our Data Team and from our suppliers to ensure it is accurate and in the right format. Provide data as needed to suppliers.
- Co-ordinate across teams to ensure data is provided in a timely fashion
- Check data is lasered correctly on printed materials, raising any concerns appropriately with suppliers
- Coordinate call listening for our core calling programmes, liaising with our volunteers and providing summary of feedback to our suppliers.
- Handle inbound enquiries coming into the team, take simple actions from these enquiries, or escalate as appropriate
- Save relevant reports, track performance and report to the Head of Membership and Supporter Experience anything notable
- Send relevant reports and feedback to suppliers
- Update a weekly tracker sheet of performance across all channels
- Provide additional support as required in responding to Facebook comments on our acquisition adverts

- Enables the Ramblers’ to effectively manage our marketing efforts to recruit and retain members and supporters.

- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of the post holder by the Ramblers.
