Part time/flexible opportunity at CPRE London who are seeking a volunteer with office management experience, strong administrative skills, systematic organisational abilities, with good written and verbal communication skills to support the London Team with our campaigns and causes. The role covers managing a variety or organisational tasks and administrative support to facilitate the work of staff, volunteers and members.

- Streamline office operations seeking ways to utilise time management tools
- Liaise with the landlord to ensure the office space provides a conducive environment for the well-being of staff and volunteers
- Undertake any additional duties in line with the purpose of the role as requested by the Director.
- With experience at CPRE, there may be opportunities to provide advice and guidance to more junior volunteers and identify and intorduce options for procedural improvements.

Role purpose
We have various fundraising events throughout the year and we are looking for volunteers to help us to support our amazing fundraisers. This would involve joining us at the fundraising events to cheer them on. This role would suit enthusiastic people who would like to motivate fundraisers to complete their event. We will have at least one cheer point along the route, where we will be showing our dedicated fundraisers how much we support them by cheering and clapping as loud as we can. This will also help to increase awareness of Pain Concern and the support the charity provides.

We are seeking a talented and creative volunteer to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This role is crucial in designing a variety of urgent and important items such as social media posts and graphics, a guide booklet on Unlock YOUR Potential, branded documents like recruitment packs, forms, training manuals, internal posters (e.g., safeguarding and values), and much more. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the CEO and the Head of Delivery and other team members to ensure our visual materials are engaging and consistent with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for social media posts and other digital platforms.
- Create a comprehensive guide booklet on Unlock YOUR Potential.
- Develop branded documents including recruitment packs, forms, training manuals, and internal posters.
- Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
- Ensure all designs align with our mission and values, effectively communicating our message to the community.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the non-profit sector but not essential.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social impact and creating opportunities for those facing socio-economic challenges.
