Your key responsibilities will be flexible. You’ll manage your workload and set objectives, priorities and deadlines with the Head of Fundraising. Your work will include: 

• Partnerships Fundraising: You’ll lead and grow our partnerships fundraising portfolio by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new prospective partnerships. The Caerlow Trust is recruiting a Grants Officer to join our small but expanding team based in West London.

We’re looking for a capable and caring person to join Lancashire Mind’s existing Housing Team. Under the direction of the Housing Operations Lead, you will manage a caseload of tenants with enduring mental health conditions living in properties that are managed by Lancashire Mind.

Via home visits, you will work with each tenant to agree a support plan to enable them to maintain their tenancy and move towards independent living.

You will build strong working relationships with local services to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting tenants, whilst at the same time developing and maintaining good working relationships with other local services and organisations that provide support services to tenants. 

You will complete and update records of interactions with tenants on the internal database and input data accurately onto monitoring spreadsheets. 

Experience of delivering a housing/tenancy management service, including arrears management, tenancy management (help with budgeting, managing bills and claiming the correct benefits), antisocial behaviour, safeguarding, repairs and health and safety, would be beneficial, but is not essential.

To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, be IT literate, and able to establish relationships based on trust with different people.

We are a large and busy Church of England parish and are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team.  You will be someone who can oversee all the operational elements with appropriate attention to detail and processes and also take a full part in supporting new developments in line with our vision.

Our Operations Manager is moving on after almost 3 years in post so we are looking for someone to lead our Operations Team at All Saints Church, Ecclesall.

The officer will also have responsibility for overseeing the growth of an ongoing project to recruit and support a network of volunteers across the country, who can be co-ordinated to deliver localised marketing activities, such as attending public events on our behalf or dropping leaflets.

The main tasks delivered by the officer will be:

• To work with people with sensory loss to connect them to the services and support options that can best assist them;

About this job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual with experience in project management who also loves working directly with the people we support. The ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences and deliver the project objectives will be essential for this role.

This is a ‘time-limited’ ‘test and learn’ externally funded project. The ‘Community Connections project’ – will help people living with and affected by MS to navigate support services ensuring that they have access to the support they require, at the time of their choice, and is delivered in a way that best suits their individual needs.

This is a fixed-term project until March 2026.This is a full time role comprising of 35 hours per week.

This role can be based anywhere in Wales but there will be an expectation of travel throughout Wales and the project area (Wales, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire), the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.

We are looking for an individual with significant MEL experience, ideally in relation to education programmes in low resource settings of Uganda, Zambia, and/or Ghana. Experience in fulfilling institutional donor requirements is desirable, ideally to include USAID and/or FCDO. 

To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to guide, motivate and support members of the wider global MEL team. You will be highly experienced in working with data, and have strong data analysis skills. Prospectus are delighted to be supporting a community foundation based in Surrey with the recruitment of a new Grants Officer role. The foundation brings together local donors with voluntary organisations addressing the challenges within the local community.
 
This role is on a 12 month contract and available on a full-time (37 hours) or part-time basis, 3 days a week (21 hours per week). This role is hybrid, with travel to the office based in Woking, 1 day a week. The salary range for this role is £23,000-£26,000.
 
The Grants Officer will report to the Grants Manager and provide support to the wider Grants Team. You will play a key role in supporting the Foundation to deliver an efficient and effective grants programme. You will have the opportunity to support with grant assessments, including due diligence reviews and funding recommendations to meet the grant programme criteria and assess the impact of the grants awarded.
 
You will also provide front-line contact, outreach and capacity building support to assist voluntary and community groups to apply for funding for various funding programmes. You will also help the team to plan and implement a new Customer Relationship Management system.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience of working in an office and using Microsoft Office softwares. You will have knowledge/experience of using CRM databases. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to manage your time wisely.  
 
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will enjoy working as a part of a small team and be able to work on your own initiative. You will also have a strong attention to detail.
 
Desirably, you will have experience working in the not-for-profit sector and reviewing grants applications and working on grants programmes.
