You’ll have a strong eye for detail, customer-centric mindset and will be able to prioritise a busy workload to ensure we are able to consistently deliver excellent supporter care. You’ll be self-motivated, well organised and have a ‘can-do’ approach to the role.
Why work with us?
Every man needs to know about the most common cancer in men – prostate cancer. It’s a real and present danger that takes over 12,000 of our dads, grandads, brothers and friends each year.
Prostate Cancer UK is the largest men’s health charity in the UK. We have a simple ambition – to stop prostate cancer damaging lives. We invest millions in research to revolutionise testing, treatment and care. At Prostate Cancer UK, we believe that equity, diversity and inclusion are essential to building a strong and innovative workplace, that represents, and can advocate for, the communities we support. We stand against discrimination and prejudice, and we champion tolerance, fairness and equality in everything we do. This makes us stronger and helps us reach more people. We’re all here for the same reason: to give every man the power to navigate prostate cancer.
We're committed to righting health inequalities across the UK, starting with those faced by Black men who are at double risk. This includes ground-breaking research into Black men's risk and working with communities directly to overcome barriers to the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
Therefore, we’re particularly interested in applications from those from marginalised and vulnerable communities. This will help us create an environment of inclusion where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, where personal qualities are as important as professional experience, and our people feel seen and heard.
