The Role
Reporting into the Funding and Innovation Manager you will support the delivery of our fundraising strategy and secure external funding into SNG communities and to charities we work with.
Key Responsibilities
- To support the Fundraising and Innovation Manager to deliver our fundraising strategy.
- To secure external funding to benefit SNG communities and customer facing teams around the following themes: Financial & Digital Inclusion, Employment and Training, Community Action and Engagement.
- Lead projects, bids and programmes that bring in external funding to SNG communities and to charities benefiting SNG communities.
- Innovate by supporting the testing and piloting of new programmes and partnerships and identify opportunities to the Head of Partnerships and Funding.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including funders, businesses, local authorities and national agencies.
- Support the implementation of governance oversight for fundraising and systems and processes.

You should have demonstrable experience in a similar role or have knowledge within fundraising and partnerships. We're also looking for:
- Experience in previous roles of securing external funding via bid writing, public sector tenders and contracts, Trusts and Foundations and corporates.

We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. You will oversee our dynamic UK-based operations out of the Rotherhithe Community Centre, work closely with the Director, and lead our Centre-based team.
Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute with expertise in preventing and addressing harm at the individual, community and inter-state levels. We are one of the world’s leading experts in transferring complex criminological and social justice concepts into practice through real-life pilots and community projects.
The UK Operations Director will lead on the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of RJ4All’s UK-based services, and especially those run from the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre. It is expected that they will generate income for the UK operations and contribute to new ideas for UK-based projects that fall within RJ4All’s agreed strategy. Finally, the post holder will act in place of the Director when they are unavailable or for any other agreed reason.

The Upper Room (TUR) works with a wide range of financially and socially disadvantaged groups including homeless people, people with long-term mental health conditions, asylum-seekers, refugees and ex-offenders – helping them to improve their lives and become productive members of society. Central to our offering is our UR4Meals service, providing free, home-cooked food to people who cannot afford to provide for themselves. We are also very proud of our UR4Driving programme, which supports people recently out of prison with free driving lessons in exchange for community volunteering. A fast-expanding IAPT compliant Service requires a service administrator to support a team of volunteer counsellors. Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a local, independent mental health charity, working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organizations to provide a range of services to the local community. The service administrator will work alongside volunteer counsellors, service managers and other clinical staff. This is an integral service of the organization delivering counselling to around 650 people per year. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with work experience in a counselling service.
Seeking a proactive and experienced Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and growing IAPT counselling service through excellent administration skills. You will work closely with and support the Therapy Service Co-ordinator and Therapy Service Administrators to ensure effective administration and organisation of the service.

Key Details

The Head of Health & Safety is the lead and designated “competent person” for all health and safety matters, including fire safety at The Children’s Trust underpinning the three key work streams: “safe care,” “safe workplace” (including occupational health and well-being), and “safe retail and (fundraising) events”. The role holder has the authority to require the immediate cessation of any unsafe working practices.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. Job Overview
The Video Editor will be responsible for post-production edits of video deliverables. The candidate must be a visual storyteller, capable of delivering compelling and engaging stories about the IRC’s response to emergencies and crises and the people who are impacted.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Content, collaborating with the Sr. Video Editor, video editor, freelance editors, and producers on editing and delivering video products that will be used for major integrated priorities and campaigns for all marketing efforts and audience segments.
Major Responsibilities
● Deliver finished video for various platforms and distribution needs, which includes editing together raw footage and audio, photo stills, graphics, adapting archival video, and versioning
● Collaborate with Content team, Creative & Content Studio, and stakeholders on creative idea pitches, and deliver on creative briefs
● Source broll for video projects, campaigns, external vendors and partners via internal library and paid footage
● Onboard vendors/freelancers/agencies
● Searching for stock music tracks based on references or direction
● Color correct footage

How you will make a difference:
Amna is seeking a Social Media and Design Consultant on a monthly retainer contract to support our digital content strategy and enhance our online presence.
