Management Accountant
The Management Accountant is a critical role within the Finance Directorate. This strategic role will ensure operational stability and improve financial reporting for WFD, with responsibility for managing budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and supporting year-end audits, requiring sharp technical expertise to align statutory accounts with internal reports.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance this role will, oversee the preparation of the consolidated management accounts, working closely with regional finance business partners and finance business partners to scrutinise variances, and writing consolidated commentary for internal reporting. Support the year-end accounts preparation process and act as a finance business partner for specific divisions within the organisation. About You -We are looking for someone with substantial financial management and leadership experience.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
- Post-Qualification Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a finance role with a focus on management accounts preparation, financial reporting, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong Excel skills are mandatory, with experience in data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
- Finance Systems: Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central is essential.
- Financial Reporting: Proven track record in preparing consolidated financial reports and working with senior management to deliver accurate and insightful commentary.

The Climate Litigation Network (CLN) is a non-profit foundation (stichting) that works with partners around the world to bring ground-breaking litigation against high-emitting actors to drive stronger climate action. CLN was established in 2016 following the historic Urgenda climate case in the Netherlands, which led to the first decision of a court globally to order a national government to increase its climate ambition. To harness the ground-breaking legal strategy and expertise developed in bringing that case, the Urgenda Foundation set up CLN to inspire and strengthen climate cases brought by local organisations and affected communities against governments. About the role
CLN is recruiting two legal roles to join its dynamic and growing team: a Senior Legal Associate and a Legal Associate. The roles will sit within CorpNet, CLN's new team dedicated to providing support for corporate framework cases. The roles offer a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of transnational climate litigation and support the development of this new initiative within CLN.
Responsibilities of the role include
For the Legal Associate position, responsibilities include:
- Providing expert legal and advocacy support to partners advancing strategic climate litigation at the national level.
- Undertaking legal research on issues relevant to national climate cases and sharing findings with the broader CLN network.
- Developing new legal strategies for challenging corporations’ inadequate climate policies, in consultation with national partners.
- Representing CLN in relevant legal, scientific, policy, and academic networks.
- Supporting the operations of the CorpNet project, including fundraising efforts and monitoring/evaluation of workstreams.
For the Senior Legal Associate position, additional responsibilities include:

About the role
We’re looking for a Governance Officer with strong experience in corporate governance and administrative processes to join our Corporate Assurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of Young Lives vs Cancer’s governance processes. This includes coordinating Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, minuting meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also act as the main point of contact for Trustees and committee members, managing their records, overseeing recruitment and inductions, and maintaining governance policies and procedures.
This role does not have direct reports but requires excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Director of Admissions and Service Development (DASD) will play a pivotal role in shaping our admissions processes and service offer through utilising deep subject matter expertise of the needs and landscape for CYA with complex needs. Seashell’s national and regional networks will be strengthened and utilised through the DASD leadership of our ‘Complex Needs Mapping’ programme of work. We anticipate most colleagues will work one or two days a week in the office on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London and the rest of the time from home. We will happily discuss other flexible options to suit your circumstances.
