The Finance Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the new system meets the charity's financial and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Project Leadership: Manage the planning, resource requirements, scheduling, risk management and budget control for the project, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, liaising with colleagues across teams to ensure that all work is prioritised, maximising the available cross-functional resource in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Contractor Engagement: Manage the tender for an implementation partner and work with the implementation partner throughout the process to ensure a joined-up implementation
- System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of Business Central to meet the charity's specific needs.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support during and after the implementation.
- Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Business Central, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the system to identify and resolve any issues before go-live.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.
Salary advertised is for 35 hours per week - role offered 21 hours per week - Actual salary £34,884 - £38,556)
Must haves:
- Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.

What we do
Time & Talents is a lively, busy community centre in the heart of Rotherhithe, SE16. Set in a leafy heritage building, and ‘T&T2’, our second venue in Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, we offer something for everyone. With a history of 137 years of supporting people of all ages in Rotherhithe and Bermondsey, we bring people together for mutual support, fun and friendship, with a wide range of services and activities for older people and other adults, along with volunteering and children and families’ projects. Since resuming services post-Covid, we have realized the needs and wants of the community have shifted from our previous offer. We have a strong Community Development programme to connect with and rebuild our offer, including some big changes to pre-Covid ways of working. Building on a strong track record, we intend to continue working with the community to deliver activities and events that meet local needs while also providing opportunities for fun and friendship. Our community offer includes activities connecting children to nature and tackling food insecurity; accessible community fitness and wellbeing activities; and intergenerational activities and events. The role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• Strategic development and oversight of community programmes for children, adults and across multiple generations
• Leadership and line management of team; oversight of sessional facilitators and contractors used by team
• Setting programme budget and service targets; monitoring and evaluation to ensure delivery against these
• Playing a key part in building, broadening and developing new funding for these programmes and maintaining relationships with current funders
• Lead role in planning and execution of community events
• Development of corporate partnerships and CSR relationships
• Responsibility for general outward communications, including social media
• Contributing to the wider organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team
• Acting as Deputy Safeguarding Lead
About you
You have a track record of developing and delivering excellent community programmes in the third sector. You’re a seasoned team leader with experience of change management. You have an outwardlooking approach and are passionate about building programmes with community buy-in. You’re flexible, accountable, take responsibility, are highly organised and skilled in multitasking and balancing priorities. You have experience of fundraising and maybe other types of income generation. You have strong relationship building skills – internally and externally - and build trust and credibility easily. ISEAL is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised individual to support the ISEAL Innovations Fund. The role will provide thoughtful administrative, logistics, and communications support, and will offer valuable exposure to ISEAL members’ work and ISEAL’s approach to catalysing global efforts to advance on critical social and economic sustainability issues.
The Coordinator will have a key role in the administration of grants provided through ISEAL´s Innovations Fund, supporting the grant making processes and the review of grantee project progress and learning. The Innovations Fund is ISEAL’s grant-making facility for collaborative projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sustainability systems.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail and a committed approach to serving customers or stakeholders. With an ability to work efficiently and independently and the initiative to take things forward within an agreed scope, you are comfortable in your communications and interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. You enjoy working on multiple tasks and activities at the same time, using or developing systems to prioritise tasks. The key responsibilities we entrust you with
Innovation Fund administration
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations of the Innovations Fund
- Implement project processes, including preparing and finalising contracts, coordinating payments, and maintaining project-related systems (e.g., tracking deliverables, activities, and invoices and expenditures)
- Coordinate project and grantee meeting logistics and agenda preparation; take notes and track and implement follow up actions
- Monitor grantee compliance with reporting requirements and communication guidelines, reporting issues and coordinating appropriate follow up action
- Support organisation and delivery of community events
Learning and Communication activities
- Carry out analysis of grant project data and progress
- Contribute to monitoring and learning activities, and keep records on appropriate systems

- Collect information on grant projects from existing project materials, and support with the implementation of specific activities to extract project learnings and insights in collaboration with other Fund staff

This role
As Smart Works moves into our next strategy phase, we are looking to strengthen our commitment to being led by data and using technology to enhance the service we provide. The Database Manager will play a key role in guiding this mission.
Smart Works is looking for an experienced and motivated database manager passionate about using data for good. This role will be crucial in managing and developing Smart Works' CRM systems that underpin the running of our key functions, ensuring data integrity, providing support to all users across the UK and enabling strong outcomes for the women we support. The post holder’s work will be essential in allowing staff across the charity to use data to improve our operations and outcomes for the women we support as we enter our new strategy cycle.
You will also play an important role in training and supporting staff across all Smart Works locations to use these systems, enabling them to harness the power of data in their day-to-day work. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff will be vital to the success of this role.
The role will be a hybrid position, based out of one our UK Smart Works centres. but the role will work across Smart Works, providing support and maintaining digital infrastructure across all the teams.
There may be occasional evening and weekend work as the successful candidate will be part of the wider centre team, supporting with networking and key events support. The post holder, if not based in London, will also be required to travel into London on occasion for training and team meetings.

Working in the Engagement department and reporting to the Adults and Communities Participation Manager, the Communities Participation Producer will create a year-round public programme of activities inspired by the collections, themes and sites of Royal Museums Greenwich. Key responsibilities include producing and delivering programmes in collaboration with community partners and stakeholders to create relevant, inclusive and inspiring activity across the Museum’s multiple sites. The role will focus on creating activity that welcomes underrepresented audiences to Royal Museums Greenwich sites, developing trusted relationships in the process and responding to the social purpose of the organisation.
The role will develop programmes that connect communities and collections around the legacies of empire, queer histories and stories of migration. This will involve working across generations to facilitate dialogue around under-represented histories and current issues in a variety of formats including large scale public festivals, talks, workshops and more. The role will have a focus on developing participation opportunities for African and Caribbean and East and South-East Asian diaspora, as well as LGBTQ+ communities, to develop stronger connections with the collection and bring new perspectives to maritime history. This will involve audience research and internal dialogue to create supportive spaces and activity at Royal Museums Greenwich and contribute towards it becoming a more inclusive and representative organisation.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering a range of inclusive cultural engagement provision for diverse audiences, including large-scale public events, and creating audience-led programmes for African and Caribbean/ East Asian/ South-East Asian diaspora communities. The postholder will have a track record of building strong partnerships with communities and stakeholders, along with experience of writing and producing resources and promotional materials for a range of target audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role, as is a passion for activating and supporting dialogue around the legacies of empire, queer histories and stories of migration. The postholder will be innovative, imaginative, creative and self-motivated; highly-organised, able to work to deadlines across multiple projects while managing a budget; and have the ability to undertake some evening and weekend working.
This is a full time, permanent role in Band 5 – Management and Proficient Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, working 5 days between the hours of 9am-5pm. On occasion, some evening and weekend work is required.

The Ukraine Humanitarian appeal raised £426 million and helped an estimated 6.9 million people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. The Grants Manager is integral in working closely with DEC colleagues and members to build and sustain, a solid understanding of the evolving humanitarian context. The Grants Manager will maintain strong oversight of the DEC funded programme including the reporting cycle, adaptive programming and facilitate strong and relevant engagement with DEC member charities and local partners and external briefings over the duration of the response.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The purpose of this job is to provide energy efficiency advice and casework-level support to individuals and families living in low-income households and facing fuel poverty. The primary goals of the project are:
1. Raise Awareness & Energy Savings - Educate vulnerable local communities, who may lack prior knowledge, about strategies for reducing energy costs and achieving long-term energy and financial savings. The aim is to empower individuals with practical energy-saving techniques and encourage grassroots peer learning within these communities to help spread survival strategies.
2. Energy Advice & Fuel Debt Support - Offer detailed guidance on energy management, including addressing fuel debt issues, to help clients understand their fuel usage in the context of their overall financial situation. This includes enabling individuals to make informed decisions about energy consumption and related financial matters.
3. Assist Vulnerable Communities in Energy Crisis - Equip particularly vulnerable households with the skills necessary to cope with the growing crisis in household energy debt, as consumption rises sharply. This involves preparing communities to manage their energy usage and finances more effectively in the face of increasing energy costs.
4. Income Maximisation & Benefits Awareness - Help raise awareness about entitlements and assist clients in claiming relevant benefits to maximise family income, ultimately helping them manage energy expenses more sustainably.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Holistic Client Assessment and Support - conduct detailed confidential interviews with clients, applying a holistic approach to assess their needs for advice and support.
- Compliance and Quality Standards - Provide energy efficiency advice and casework support that adheres to the Advice Quality Standard (AQS).
- Comply with AQS case management and case recording procedures and processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality advice and casework, and the collection and reporting of statistical data as required to enable accurate evaluation of the impact of the service and reporting to funders.
- To be responsible for delivering high-quality one-to-one advice and casework on energy efficiency - targeting our food hub participants and other local residents who are on low income.
- To raise awareness and assist people without any previous awareness/knowledge of how to save on energy costs and develop long-term energy and monetary savings within their homes.
- To facilitate and deliver monthly Switching Off Poverty workshops/talks/group sessions about fuel poverty; how to identify at-risk local residents; what tools/assistance is available; and how to impart help and guidance following the end of the programme - these workshops aim to enable participants to access tools and develop the new skills required to help them monitor, track, record, and understand their household fuel use and bills.
- Provide advice and assistance through a range of channels; Face-To-Face, Telephone, Teams/Zoom, WhatsApp as well as via email/letter.
- To ensure that the service offered is tailored to the needs of clients and takes into account the particular needs of each individual, including issues around communication, understanding, and vulnerability.
- Through clear communication and consultation, ensure that clients remain involved in resolving their energy debt, benefit, and money management issues and are kept informed on the progress of their case throughout our work with them.
- To provide advice and support around energy efficiency and money management; income maximisation; budgeting; saving; debt and understanding and accessing appropriate financial products.
- To effectively use the database system (Lamplight) to organise and manage client support and to take on issues (as cases) for the client that may have issues with billing and metering problems. Job Purpose
Growing Hope is a national charity with a growing number of clinics across the UK. This operations role will provide support across the Growing Hope national staff team. Role Purpose
The Head of Research and Delivery will lead the delivery of programmes, client-facing projects and research initiatives for GDI Hub CIC, working across the key themes of Disability Inclusion, Inclusive Design and Cities, Climate Change, Gender, Financial Inclusion and Assistive Technology. It is expected that the role holder will have considerable experience across at least two of these themes and an appetite for both broadening and deepening their knowledge across the others. They will also collaborate with research leads and teams based across GDI Hub including the Academic Research Centre (ARC) at UCL.
This is a senior, strategic, role responsible for team management and leading key projects, leading client, donor and government relationships, and providing strategic subject matter expertise. It would suit someone with a proven-track record in the sector and requires a strong aptitude for strategic thinking, delivery management and the creation of tenable and evidence-based recommendations. They will be creative and collaborative with a drive to make the world a fairer place, inspiring others to do the same.
They will be responsible for delivery on projects and research under their remit and contribute to the development of new projects and research, working closely with partners and clients. Current funders, partners and clients include the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Asian Development Bank, Climate Investment Funds, UNICEF, Carbon Trust and Expo City Dubai. This will involve leading a permanent team of six, which is expected to grow to eight by Q4 2024-25, and any external consultants brought online as required to deliver across a portfolio of work.

Project and Research Delivery and Management
- Lead a growing portfolio of projects under the Research and Delivery team including a current portfolio of circa 10 active projects.

- Strengthen and maintain colleagues understanding of DEC’s ways of working both internally and externally (DEC HQ members, in-country colleagues and local partners and key stakeholders).
Analysis and Reporting
- Provide oversight to the review and analysis of member charity appeal budget plans and financial reports with a focus on compliance with DEC policies and good practice guidelines to assess unusual variances and value for money considerations.
- Deliver and contribute to timely and high-quality infographics, reports and briefings for key stakeholders and institutional donors including Board of Trustees, FCDO and BBC.
- Manage & maintain investment in public transparency and demonstrate DEC’s contribution to the humanitarian sector, including reporting to IATI and UN OCHA Financial Tracking Service (FTS).
- Continuously develop, improve and manage DEC’s Knowledge Information Management systems (KIM), as user-friendly collaborating platforms that enhance learning and enable data analysis, visualisation and high-quality reporting.
- Collect, analyse and present accurate and timely data to help inform a rapid assessment of appeal Criteria 2 for both rapid onset and evolving protracted crises and contribute to the development of the Case for Appeal.
Management and Leadership
- Holistic and flexible approach to any given scenario/context, whilst ensuring a robust process is followed, recorded and documented.
- Deputise for the Director of Humanitarian Programmes and Accountabilit
- Effectively line manage and provide leadership to Grant Managers and Programme Officers, contributing to the high performance of the Programmes & Accountability team.

- As Serious Incident Reporting Officer, manage processes and support with onward reporting to key stakeholders including FCDO and Charity Commission.

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. This will include all current sponsorship for conferences, including our flagship Fundraising Convention, corporate membership, and strategic partnerships.
Job purpose:
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing corporate members.
- Identifying and securing new sponsors and exhibitors for the Chartered Institute’s event business, including one-day conferences, webinars, and Fundraising Convention.
- To identify, secure, and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Accountabilities
- Work and support the Head of Membership Engagement across the following income streams:
- Fundraising Convention: Responsible for the overall management of expo – planning, sales and invoicing;
- Fundraising Convention sponsorship: lead on this and assist the Executive Director when required;
- One-day conference sponsorship and expo: to be partnership lead on day-to-day conference sponsorship sales including print advertising;
- Develop partnership support for the strategic objectives of the Chartered Institute;

Blue Marine Foundation seeks to protect and restore life in the ocean, aiming to see at least 30 per cent of the world’s oceans protected by 2030. We are a London-based NGO, with around 50 projects in 25 countries around the world.
Blue Marine is seeking a campaigner to join our policy and media team. This new position will report to the Director of Ocean and Climate. The responsibilities will be to manage a discreet, one year, global marine conservation campaign. This will include managing relationships between the campaign team, NGO partners, influencers and political stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Ocean and Climate, you will:
· Tightly manage a discreet global campaign with a complex network for international stakeholders

Personal specification
This role concerns a discreet one year (initially) political campaign. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional campaigner, with a track record of achieving impact for the marine environment. They will already be gaining momentum in the sector, with the ability to implement campaigns, understanding the complex political dynamics that go into ocean governance. Experience in the southern ocean, central and south America and at international ocean fora will all be beneficial to the role. An eye for technical detail, organisational rigour when it comes to delivery against workplans and the stamina and temerity to see campaigns through to their conclusion will all be useful in this role.
