Key Responsibilities: 

1. Assessing learner skills and needs to establish starting points/baseline, with other TAP staff

2. Setting up and supporting learners in work placements to develop their skills and gain meaningful experience

3. Observing and evidencing the learner journey (keeping detailed records), monitoring learner progress (including target progress)

4. Liaising with families and team around the learner as required and to contribute to reviews- ensuring learners are working towards their outcomes and aspirations

Age UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Change Manager to support local Age UKs to maintain and enhance their strategic positioning, financial sustainability, and governance.

This role will provide support to both individual and groups of local Age UKs in relation to organisational development, significant strategic change, contingency planning, and crisis management. Support will need to be provided in a timely, focused, and impactful manner.

The Strategic Change Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Network to develop and implement robust project plans, take a proactive approach to challenges, and ensure the continuity of high-quality services and support for older people.

The role will have responsibility for overseeing a small team of Network & Engagement Managers whose focus is to develop and maintain strong relationships with Chief Officers and Chairs of local Age UKs.

Purpose of Role

The Membership Marketing Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Membership and Supporter Experience Team by providing administrative support as well as a bit of creative marketing flair. This role involves handling administrative tasks, data management, and providing support for various multi-channel membership campaigns to help the Ramblers grow our supporter base and income.

Key responsibilities

• Support our key marketing projects including gift membership, private site, telemarketing, our annual member survey and renewal journey.
• Support the distribution and creation of promotional resources, regularly checking stock levels, and re-ordering or refreshing materials as needed, liaising with external suppliers such as print or mailing houses and delivering to budgets and deadline.
• Support the creation of e-communications, including emails to prospective members. This may include proofing content, sourcing images, checking data, building emails and reviewing content requests with support from the team.
• Provide regular impact communications and surprise and delight moments to our suppliers and fundraisers acting on our behalf
• Source inspirational stories from our walking groups and volunteers, to help support growth of our membership community. 
• Check data from our Data Team and from our suppliers to ensure it is accurate and in the right format. Provide data as needed to suppliers.
• Co-ordinate across teams to ensure data is provided in a timely fashion
• Check data is lasered correctly on printed materials, raising any concerns appropriately with suppliers
• Coordinate call listening for our core calling programmes, liaising with our volunteers and providing summary of feedback to our suppliers.
• Handle inbound enquiries coming into the team, take simple actions from these enquiries, or escalate as appropriate
• Save relevant reports, track performance and report to the Head of Membership and Supporter Experience anything notable
• Send relevant reports and feedback to suppliers
• Update a weekly tracker sheet of performance across all channels
• Provide additional support as required in responding to Facebook comments on our acquisition adverts

We are seeking a social researcher, with strong knowledge and expertise in child participation to contribute to all aspects of our work. The position will mainly involve taking a lead role in designing and implementing research studies, assessments, evaluations, mapping and situational analyses relating to children. We are particularly interested in the candidate having a background in participatory work with children. International travel to the range of countries in which Coram International works is an essential part of this role and will be for periods of between 1 to 3 weeks (per mission), up to a total of approximately 3 months per year.

A specialist Arts University based in central London is seeking an IT Support Manager for a full-time permanent role. The organisation is a prestigious arts focused University with around 600 students. They have two sites – one being the main teaching campus near Kings Cross, the other an art gallery with some teaching capacity, on the Strand.

The role is paying a starting salary of £50,942 per annum plus an excellent package including a leading pension and 36 days annual leave. The role will be based onsite predominantly at the Kings Cross site – working from home 1 day per week may be considered.

Reporting to the Head of Information Services, Systems & Technology (ISS&T)  and working in a small IT team of around 5 people, this role line manages 1 IT Support Officer and takes the lead on the service delivery aspects of the IT team. This covers frontline user support and managing the daily operations of the IT function. The organisation predominantly deploy Windows devices, but they have an increasing number of MACs so experience of supporting IOS would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will come from an IT Support/Manager background, should have experience managing small teams, and should have a strong user focus and service delivery background. Experience from within the Higher Education, Arts, Charity, or Membership sector would be advantageous for the role. The role will also involve the development of a new asset management tool and leading on a telephony focused project.

The post holder will:

-Manage the Service Desk for both sites and the relationship with the 3rd party providers 
-Monitor and report on existing service to assist in developing the IT & AV Support Service 
-Provide professional and technical leadership and operational management to the IT Helpdesk team with a dotted line to the AV Support team
-Implement service standards and develop common systems and processes based on industry best practice.
-Ensure that the IT & AV Support Service is efficient, effective and can adapt to changing circumstances. 
-Work alongside the Project Manager and IT Operations Manager in the delivery of IT projects 
-Provide technical, project and administrative support to the Head of ISS&T 
-Maintain and administer Active Directory and Entra user and service accounts

-Support the Head of ISS&T with the purchase and invoicing of hardware, software a consumables 
-Manage and maintain IT asset information 
-Ensure documentation and alerts are publicised and maintained on the IT Services Hub

Candidate requirements:

-Degree level qualification and ITIL qualifications desirable 
-Recent proven experience of leading and developing an effective IT Support team and helpdesk service in a complex environment. Including setting targets, identifying training needs and delivering development plans
-Good technical knowledge of various hardware and software technologies including Windows, desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, MFDs, Microsoft OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Active Directory, M365, and Adobe.
-Recent experience in a Service Delivery role with experience of managing, allocating and monitoring IT support tickets, setting KPIs to improve service delivery, managing underperforming teams and suppliers, setting up new services such as staff onboarding, asset management, procurement etc & managing 3rd party suppliers

The Senior Public Affairs and Research Officer will drive policy change to increase surplus food redistribution by engaging with stakeholders across government, media, industry, and academia. They will support FareShare’s public affairs strategy by producing well-researched briefings, organizing impactful events, and fostering relationships with key partners.

The Senior Public Affairs and Research Officer will be critical in advancing FareShare’s policy agenda, as outlined in the manifesto. Working closely with the Public Affairs, Policy and Campaigns Consultant, you will lead efforts to engage influential stakeholders, create compelling content, and coordinate high-impact events. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence national policy and contribute to meaningful change in the food redistribution sector.

We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join our friendly team in the post of Head of Finance & Corporate Services as we develop our systems, infrastructure, and income streams to secure our long-term sustainability. Central to the success of our strategy is an efficient finance function providing timely management information and strong financial controls.

You will be an astute finance professional who is able to provide sound financial advice as well having a strong grip on day-to-day financial operations. You will also ideally have experience of HR, IT, and administrative functions, and will assume company secretary responsibilities, enjoying direct liaison with our Board of Trustees.

The Data and Operations Senior Officer is responsible for the daily management and effective operation of the Bliss CRM, Raiser’s Edge, as well as leading on key data projects to make the most of the insights and information captured in our CRM to maximise Bliss’ fundraising. This role also leads on the delivery and development of data processes which are smooth, timely and efficient, and works with stakeholders across the organisation - especially Fundraising, Finance and Digital - to ensure that colleagues have access to the right data and efficient processes to meet their needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take ownership of Bliss’ data operations, helping to support our Fundraising department – and the wider organisation – to make the best use of our CRM systems, supporter data, and internal resources to raise more money and reach more families. This role will act as Bliss’ internal subject matter expert for all things data, and will line manage the Data Officer. They will be responsible for the efficient import, export and analysis of Bliss’ data, and will support teams across the organisation to better use of their data to meet their objectives.
