NHS Providers' development programmes team delivered a range of training and development activities for NHS boards and foundation trust governors. The team delivers over 200 events annually. We are looking for an additional programme administrator to take responsibility for the efficient event and logistics administration of this work to deliver high quality training and support for our members. With 1 in 5 children struggling with their mental health, our surf therapy intervention is needed now more than ever. We transform the lives of children struggling with depression and anxiety. Through our 6 week course we help them to feel calm, confident, to have positive thoughts about themselves, to have higher self esteem and trust in others. We work with over 2000 children and young people across the UK every year and have reached over 14,000 over the past 14 years.
It is an exciting time to join the charity - we have a new CEO in post who has plans to take this charity to new heights - reaching even more children than ever before and we need an experienced fundraiser who can help us achieve that vision. Working as part of a small fundraising team you will have the ability to really make a substantial difference.
The role is advertised as 15 hours however there is the hope that this will end up being increased in the not too distant future. The Children's Society is delighted to embark on an exciting new partnership with BBC Children in Need in partnership with The Health Foundation and Impact on Urban Health to develop and deliver an innovative programme to improve children's mental health.
The funding is going to create a brand-new early support programme which will support children aged 8 - 13 years-old across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland with a strong focus on those children and families within marginalised communities. Our ambition is to support children and their families as early as possible to help prevent children developing and experiencing and mental health difficulties as they become teenagers.
The programme will offer one-to-one time-limited psychosocial interventions to children and their families. We will utilise solution-focused approached to provide children and their families with a toolbox of strategies to help support the child's emotional health and wellbeing and manage their feelings. The direct work with children and families will be supported by digital interventions, through the use of our own wellbeing app “Me Time”.
About the role
We are looking for a creative, empathetic and organised practitioner who has experience of working with children and families around their wellbeing. You'll have excellent relational skills and have the ability to quickly build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
The role will be responsible for engaging children aged 8-13 and their parents, carers and family members where appropriate. You will deliver short term interventions to children who are struggling with their emotional health and wellbeing. These interventions will be face-to-face, over the phone and utilising our wellbeing app “Me Time”. The role will also work in partnership with other organisations and agencies such as schools, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHs), GPs and early help services.
In addition to working within your local team in the North West, you'll also form part of the National Programme, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues working across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

This is a new and exciting role in Refuge, and the post holder will be embedded within borough housing teams to facilitate the dual working that will ensure that survivors’ safety and housing needs are met. The post holder will be based within housing teams for three days a week, to help facilitate.

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

You will deliver income and support by managing your own small team and collaborating with the rest of the organisation to tell stories, share information, build understanding and deliver the income needed to run the organisation. With a current turnover of £1.5-£2 million, from a good mix of trusts, foundations, individuals, contracts, partnerships, community, there is a constant need to manage amd renew relationships. There is also potential to develop new or underdeveloped areas of collaboration and income.
The manager will have proven all round experience and a track record of delivering income from multiple and varied sources. They will need to work from the Oxford office at least two days a week to build relations with other teams. Beyond that location and working hours are flexible.

Candidates will have significant experience in customer service, ideally within a not-for-profit or commercial setting. They will also have a sound knowledge of fundraising compliance and best practice, GDPR and gambling commission regulations.

What to expect in a fundraising role?
The Fundraising Officer role is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same.
A typical day will have different meetings, priorities and team projects. Corporate and University partnerships often involve supporting several different areas of a business or university with varying content, ideas and stewardship, including hosting supporters at our learning centres. Each fundraising area meets regularly to discuss challenges, new ideas and improvements, and the broader fundraising team meets monthly to reflect on progress to date and plan for the rest of the year ahead.

The Diocese of Guildford has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Community Lead to manage our Hear Here project.
The Hear Here Project is a community-focused initiative which involves collaboration between the Diocese, Parishes, NHS Audiology Departments and Sight for Surrey to assist those who wear an NHS-issued hearing aid with any technical issues at clinics run by trained hearing champions. The clinics helps to break the cycle of isolation often experienced by those with hearing loss.
The project, powered by volunteers, operates in parish churches and other community spaces, forming a key part of the diocese's "Growing Communities" strategy.
The role involves leading, managing, and ensuring the governance of Hear Here across the diocese. The Community Project Lead will work closely with volunteers, maintaining high clinic standards and fostering relationships with key partners to secure the project’s future and enhance its outreach potential.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Providing overall leadership and manage the daily activities of Hear Here.
· Promote the project across the diocese, ensuring it is recognised as a vital part of parish outreach and mission.
· Collect and analyse data from clinics for accurate and timely reporting.
· Respond to telephone and email enquiries, assisting new clients in accessing clinics and keep the online directory current.
· Identify, pursue, and secure ongoing funding to sustain and expand the project.
· Increase the visibility of Hear Here within the Diocese to expand the clinics and enhance their role in community outreach.
· Work with the NHS trusts to provide up-to-date training and support.
· Manage a team of volunteers to ensure clinics run consistently, safely, and according to required standards.

The successful candidate will need to hold a UK driving licence and have their own vehicle as the position requires travel around the diocese from time to time.
