This role is home based but will require frequent travel to Coventry, and further travel to our services across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all residential accommodation is well managed, in accordance with ROSH regulatory standards, decent homes standards and any other relevant legislation.
- Lead the Property team and be a role model, demonstrating Christian values and understand, demonstrate and articulate the Christian ethos at the heart of the organisational work. The post holder must be a Christ-centred individual who is able to put their belief in Christ into action as a leader and as a manager of staff. Provide pastoral signposting to staff as required.
- Coach, manage and develop the Property team to ensure that they have the required skills to deal with enquiries and deliver a high-quality service.
- Manage and direct the activities the Property team in conjunction with the Buildings Managers and to ensure staff are kept up to date with current best practice, professional methodology in accordance with relevant legislation and effective contract management.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the objectives of the Trusts Asset Strategy
In addition, the successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take up a permanent role as Centre Leader at our new IntoUniversity centre in Gateshead. You will have responsibility for setting up, launching and running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery. However, a substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

Eligibility for the role
In order to be eligible for the Centre Leader role, applicants will:
- Have completed an undergraduate degree to a 2.2 or higher.
- Have achieved a grade C/ grade 4 or higher in GCSE Maths and English/ achieved National 5s or Standard Grade at Credit level (grades 1-2) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Have EITHER a minimum of 18 months full-time paid experience working in a delivery role at IntoUniversity; OR a minimum of 2 years full-time paid or voluntary experience working with children and young people, either at IntoUniversity, or external organisations, or a combination of both. Please note that we will not take part-time, seasonal or ad-hoc work into account when calculating the length of full-time experience.
- Have the right to work in the UK (please note that as a charity we do not have the capacity to sponsor work visas).
- Be able to apply knowledge of F.E. and H.E. (e.g. UCAS applications) to help young people decide about their futures; and have knowledge of national developments in H.E. and their impact on young people traditionally underrepresented in H.E.

What will my main dutires be?
To lead the staff team at the centre, generating a positive and inclusive working environment and ethos and ensuring that the team are well motivated, are managing their workloads effectively, and are providing a high quality service.
You will initially be involved in the set up of this brand new centre, including developing local school relationships and we anticipate that delivery of the IntoUniversity programmes will begin in the 2024 summer term.

RJ4All is looking for an innovative UK Operations Director who will drive impactful social justice projects and community initiatives while fostering strategic growth and income generation. You will oversee our dynamic UK-based operations out of the Rotherhithe Community Centre, work closely with the Director, and lead our Centre-based team.
Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute with expertise in preventing and addressing harm at the individual, community and inter-state levels. We are one of the world’s leading experts in transferring complex criminological and social justice concepts into practice through real-life pilots and community projects.
The UK Operations Director will lead on the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of RJ4All’s UK-based services, and especially those run from the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre. It is expected that they will generate income for the UK operations and contribute to new ideas for UK-based projects that fall within RJ4All’s agreed strategy. Finally, the post holder will act in place of the Director when they are unavailable or for any other agreed reason.
This post requires leadership and strong ethical commitment to RJ4All’s core values and vision, independence balanced against organisational priorities and focus. To this end, the postholder is expected to have excellent communication with the Director, and be able to participate in complex, high level discussions with the non-executive directors and other stakeholders about the future of RJ4All. Lead on the management of RJ4All’s UK Operations especially those run from the Rotherhithe Community Centre, ensuring its facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

To lead on drafting applications for funding from government, trusts and foundations, donors and sponsors for UK programmes and services.

The Schools Project Officer is a crucial business administrative role at the Diocese, as you will act as the first point of contact for projects concerning the development and maintenance of school sites and buildings, from senior leaders, governors, parish officers or our professional advisers.
Reporting to the Schools Officer and working within the Children, Young People and Education team, you will support the oversight of related grant funding and manage other bespoke projects such as promoting decarbonisation initiatives for church schools and organising land registrations. You will also advise school leaders and governors in relation to school organisation and the use or development of land and buildings.
As Schools Project Officer, you will act as facilitator between various internal and external teams, providing support through monitoring projects relating to school estates (building developments, maintenance and repairs), whilst making proactive enquiries and interventions to sustain progress against recorded timescales.
You will also take responsibility for managing grants held by the Diocese and liaising with schools regarding suitable projects and available funding, helping schools to prioritise projects for effective estate management.
A crucial part of our strategy is to assess the environmental impact of the Diocese’s church schools, planning for and supporting schools to advance decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects. As Schools Project Officer you will regularly update and signpost church schools to banks of practical materials and resources for decarbonisation campaigns, toolkits and projects, building case studies of best practice.
With an understanding of or experience in business administration, estate management or project support, you should be capable of supporting projects and have the ability to apply understanding to tasks. Capable of summarising complex information clearly, you should be able to explain the progress of projects to those with no specialist understanding.
Forward thinking, adaptable and responsive to a varied work programme, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have evidence of recent study, training or development and a willingness to learn new knowledge and technical skills.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership and Insight Manager who will respond to and resolve all member enquires and process Membership and Educational applications.
You will have a strong background in Customer or Membership support and have a demonstrable ability to take initiative and offer solutions. You will be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of members and staff. You will have a proactive attitude and be able to work efficiently within defined processes.
You will work alongside the MET Director, Education Development Managers and associated teams to ensure that membership support is delivered as follows to:
- Manage a team of dedicated specialists to ensure our membership experience is valued and valuable
- Use insight gained from our range of digital systems to provide business intelligence and improve our member experience
- Drive improvement throughout our processes
- Ensure member enquires are responded to and resolved in line with Quality standards and SLAs
- Ensure members are treated fairly and in line with FSRH values and regulations
- Ensure that all Educational products are processed within agreed SLAS
- Maintain the quality of the service provided
- Create and deliver iterative improvements on the FSRH member contact strategy
You will have:
- A Levels (or equivalent experience)
- Substantial previous experience of strategic redevelopment of a customer contact team from the ground up.
- Substantial understanding of how to utilise a CRM to generate process improvements
- Substantial experience of working customer/ membership support environments
- Excellent product knowledge to support customers using a variety of media and formats
- Understanding of the role of CRM in an organisation and in customer/member experience
- Openness and ability to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working
- A good understand and ability to adopt the FSRH values throughout the role
You will have experience:
- Supporting educational products and member services
- Working within policies and processes and using these to support improved delivery and service
- Working in multichannel support (email, phones, remote, chat etc)
- Using digital platforms, CRMs and Learning Management systems preferably IMIS, Learning Pool (Totara)
- Managing complex cases
- Producing and creating reports
- Working within a professional membership body / higher education / NHS background
- Developing skills and knowledge of less experienced colleagues

Shooting Star Children’s Hospices is a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families. We support families across Surrey and London from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
As a key member of our Community Fundraising team, you will work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager on new and existing fundraising activities, helping to maintain and develop existing relationships and work proactively to identify new contacts and opportunities for development. Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader supporting the established Hub at North Bristol.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, based in the Lawrence Weston area of Bristol supporting the Oasis Academies and wider local community, and to hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of services such as family support, volunteering, youth mentoring, deliver a food pantry, community events and a toddler group.

Responsibilities:
General Operations Management
1.1 Manage the Church Office to ensure that the working environment and working practices are efficient, flexible and fully reflect the mission and values of All Saints.
1.2 Manage and maintain the church databases and files to ensure kept up to date and fully compliant with Data Protection legislation.
1.3 Working closely with the Ministry Team, including participation in the weekly senior team meeting, manage the church programme and calendar.
1.4 Oversee the preparation of the resources required to support the weekly services, major church festivals and other church events. Lead on arranging some events.
1.5 Oversee enquiries about baptisms, weddings, funerals and church yard.
1.6 Provide informed support to volunteers in all areas of administration and operations covering a wide range of regular and adhoc activities.
Communications
2.1 Support the Vicar in ensuring timely, appropriate and effective internal and external communications including the weekly e-mail and hard copy church notices.
2.2 Ensure that the website is regularly reviewed and updated, as required.
2.3 Manage All Saints’ profile and activity on social media.
2.4 Respond to enquiries and requests from the Diocese, local community and external organizations, as required.
2.5 Manage communication with members of the church family in matters relating to news and weekly notices in a timely manner
