You'll support the Corporate New Business Manager with the account management of corporate partnerships and generating new income through securing new corporate partnerships.
You'll support the development and ongoing review of the prospect pipeline, researching companies and sectors with an affinity for our work, whilst managing a portfolio of small to medium sized partnerships (worth approximately £5-75k per annum). You'll produce high quality written proposals and pitch materials, as well as organising volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within Corporate Partnerships, or another fundraising income stream.
- Experience of supporter relationship management with a track record of building successful relationships.
- The ability to work independently, using own initiative and creativity.

RJ4All is looking for an innovative UK Operations Director who will drive impactful social justice projects and community initiatives while fostering strategic growth and income generation. You will oversee our dynamic UK-based operations out of the Rotherhithe Community Centre, work closely with the Director, and lead our Centre-based team.
Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute with expertise in preventing and addressing harm at the individual, community and inter-state levels. We are one of the world’s leading experts in transferring complex criminological and social justice concepts into practice through real-life pilots and community projects.
The UK Operations Director will lead on the delivery, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of RJ4All’s UK-based services, and especially those run from the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre. It is expected that they will generate income for the UK operations and contribute to new ideas for UK-based projects that fall within RJ4All’s agreed strategy. Finally, the post holder will act in place of the Director when they are unavailable or for any other agreed reason.

You will also bring strong controls and governance experience, with an understanding of what good looks like in finance. With exceptional relationship building skills, you will be a trusted advisor to staff at all levels and confident in presenting to influential internal and external stakeholders. The Associate Director of Local Fundraising is a senior role within the Income, Innovation and Engagement directorate; a highly ambitious and professional team which is working to grow income and strengthen the organisation’s voice across the UK as the leading end of life care charity in the UK. Marie Curie has ambitious financial growth targets and needs to drive net contribution, engagement and awareness if they are to achieve their fundraising ambitions and subsequently their service growth goals.
The primary focus of the role is to maximise the net contribution from local fundraising but also to drive community awareness and engagement with Marie Curie. This is a key role for Marie Curie, responsible for managing a team of over 100 people and having responsibility for over £20 million Income, the recruitment of legacy prospects, the delivery of fundraising events and the strategic approach of supporter facing volunteers.
The Fundraising teams based in communities across the UK are responsible for raising money, driving legacy sign ups, building event participation and profit and growing awareness and engagement of the need for and impact of the charity’s work amongst supporters and people who have the potential to support Marie Curie. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in a fundraising environment with a successful track record in increasing voluntary income or revenue. About the Role
The Open Government Partnership (OGP) Support Unit (SU) seeks an experienced accounting professional with proven track record in the non-profit sector to provide finance and accounting services to support the Finance team. We are looking for an individual with strong understanding of accounting principles, with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
The consultant will assist with preparing and analyzing financial reports and ensuring that financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations where OGP conducts business. This role involves various accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with audits. The Consultant will work closely with other finance team members to ensure that financial and accounting systems, controls, and standards are in place to support the organization's overall financial health.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and experience with accounting software- Intacct or Netsuite preferred. The consultant can work remotely, with a preference to be based in the Washington, D.C. area, London, or Brussels.

Agreement and payment

Contract will be for a maximum of 560 hours of work through March 31, 2025, with a ceiling amount of USD $33,600, with possibility of renewal. The St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital has a loyal donor base, and we are now able to grow the major donor portfolio significantly to build our long-term sustainable income. The Grants & Partnerships Officer will lead on delivering a best-practice grant-giving programme as part of a wider major donor programme.
Alongside the Executive Head of the UK Office, the Grants & Partnerships Officer will develop new major donors prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies as part of a wider fundraising strategy.

Main Responsibilities
To deliver a successful grant-giving programme and devise and deliver new prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to meet agreed targets, including:
· Establishing and managing strong relationships with past, current and prospective grant-giving organisations, delivering the highest possible levels of care and attention.
· Understanding all prospective and current donor profiles, and their motivations and communication styles. Formulating personalised cultivation and stewardship plans.

· Support and deputise for the Fundraising Officer (Community Fundraising), as required, to establish and manage strong relationships with past, current, and prospective community donors and partners, delivering the highest possible levels of care and attention.

Person Specification
Essential:
· Educated to degree level or equivalent career experience.
· Minimum of 3-years’ fundraising experience with a demonstrable track record of developing stakeholder and donor relationships with a responsibility for securing a minimum of six-figure gifts from grant-making bodies.
· Experience of working with high-value Trusts & Foundations.
· An exceptional and eloquent communicator, both written and verbal communications skills, and a natural relationship builder, you will have solid experience of presenting, negotiating, networking, and influencing.
· Experience of working to and commitment to achieving financial targets.
· Understanding of the principles and best practice of fundraising including Data Protection, ideally within humanitarian and/or international organisations.
·A self-starter with initiative, confidence, exacting standards, drive, and flexibility.
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office systems.
· Ability to work outside of contracted hours, as required.
· Ability to travel overseas, as required, and represent SJEHG at events and functions.
