Age UK is offering an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Change Manager to support local Age UKs to maintain and enhance their strategic positioning, financial sustainability, and governance.
This role will provide support to both individual and groups of local Age UKs in relation to organisational development, significant strategic change, contingency planning, and crisis management. Support will need to be provided in a timely, focused, and impactful manner.
The Strategic Change Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Network to develop and implement robust project plans, take a proactive approach to challenges, and ensure the continuity of high-quality services and support for older people.
The role will have responsibility for overseeing a small team of Network & Engagement Managers whose focus is to develop and maintain strong relationships with Chief Officers and Chairs of local Age UKs.

Salary advertised is reflective of a hybrid/London contract, a blend of home working and working from our central London office.
This role may also be considered as a home-based contract - salary £52,326 - £57,834
There is a requirement to travel to sites across the Age UK Network, when required.
Age UK Grade 4L (or 4N)
Must haves:
- Excellent understanding of the policy and legislative environment in which Age UK services operate, current and future issues in the charity sector, governance, and legal framework and how it translates into reality.
- Knowledge of the role of statutory, voluntary, and private sectors in relation to service provision for older people.

Role purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Senior Manager / Associate Director to drive the next phase of the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS). The NILS pilot has already lent over £10 million to more than 13,000 financially vulnerable people, demonstrating the positive impact of affordable credit. This is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-million-pound programme through its final stages and oversee its strategic scaling for long-term sustainability.
The scheme is currently funded by HM Treasury, JP Morgan, and Fair4All Finance. We are looking for an experienced senior lead with a background in both commercial delivery and business case development, fluent in working with the public sector, mainstream finance, and civil society to oversee the final stages of the pilot delivery and to take charge of scaling up NILS.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) Programme: Oversee the final delivery phase of the NILS pilot, with the Programme Delivery Manager
· Develop the Business Case: Build the long-term commercial model and business case for NILS, identifying sustainable funding solutions and influencing senior stakeholders

The Group Finance Director holds a key role in the executive team in the Foundation Office of the Charity. They are accountable for all matters relating to the UWGCF Charity finance, including the oversight of school income, endowment investments, loans, subsidiary companies, VAT, and the leadership of the Foundation finance team. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
HBF is seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer for an interim period to give direction to the Legal Protection, Medico-Legal and Client Services of the Foundation. This role is crucial for advancing the rights and protection of our clients, many of whom are vulnerable individuals seeking asylum or are survivors of trafficking. We do not provide legal representation directly to our clients, instead we act as a support team to our clients and their legal representation by providing second tier advice. The Director of Finance is responsible for the efficient and effective leadership and management of the Gallery’s finance, governance and commercial activities. With scrupulously high standards, they will drive the quality and transparency of financial management and reporting, ensuring robust financial controls and the smooth running and management of the Gallery’s finances. A key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Finance contributes to shaping and implementing the Gallery’s strategic development.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven ability in leadership and financial control within a complex organisation, managing people and limited resources effectively, delivering results, thinking strategically and inspiring and motivating others. They will need to demonstrate a high degree of energy and agility, with the ability to build highly effective, collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organisation. The new Director of Finance will demonstrate a high level of financial and business acumen and strategic insight and will possess strong analytical and project management skills.
With experience at Board level, they must be comfortable with presenting to Boards and with the ability to develop strategy and present business plans.
Previous experience of the gallery and museum sector would be desirable but is not essential, and applications are welcomed from candidates with commercial, charitable and private sector backgrounds. Candidates must be able to demonstrate empathy with the mission and vision of Whitechapel Gallery and act with a high degree of personal integrity in a diverse cultural environment.

Purpose of the role
The Senior Technical Associate role is a key member of the Senior Technical Team at ENN. The post holder will bring extensive skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on a portfolio of our projects, provide strategic and technical direction and leadership, and manage their teams.
Terms and Conditions
· Hours of work: This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) for a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). We will consider appointing two part-time positions to secure the right technical fit and skillsets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical
The Senior Technical Associate will manage a portfolio of projects, lead on, and support, project delivery and develop content of technical outputs. This will involve being accountable for quality and timely delivery. The priority areas for this position are:
· Portfolio lead for ENN’s Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) and Management of small and at-risk infants under 6 months and their mothers (MAMI) projects
· Project lead for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Project.
· Technical lead for pieces of work/activities within the IFE/MAMI portfolio.
· Senior editorial role in Field Exchange
· Institutional engagement; particularly donors and foundations
Distinguishing role characteristics include:
· Portfolio lead: – Provide oversight of the balance, delivery and directions within the portfolio, managing the portfolio team, and with responsibility for ensuring plans are resourced.
