Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

About the role

The Housing Supply Implementation and Partnerships Manager is an exciting new role which will be pivotal in supporting Crisis to deliver on our bold new vision to provide safe, settled, affordable housing to end people’s homelessness directly with homes for the first time in our history. This role will work closely with the Head of Housing supply on the implementation of a plan to deliver 100 homes for Crisis members over next 3 years and development of longer-term planning for delivery of 1000+ homes by 2035.

You will be working to implement this exciting new approach by developing collaborative partnerships with the right organisations to help us to succeed as well as overseeing high quality delivery in all areas of our housing supply work. This is a new challenge for us as an organisation and we are keen to get it right, trialling new approaches and taking measured risks to learn and improve along the way. We can’t end homelessness without homes.

About you

• Passionate about housing and knowledgeable about the UK housing market and how it impacts on homelessness.

• Have the ability to identify, build and maintain great relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Programme Manager Role

The Programme Manager will be responsible for growing the First Give network in the Midlands. Growth across the Midlands plays a part in our recently launched strategy, and the Programme Manager will use their understanding of the education sector to build relationships with key stakeholders and grow our number of partner schools.

Contract: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week (typically 9am-5.30pm, but with occasional early starts and late finishes dependent on events and school visits)

We are currently recruiting for two roles in our fundraising team. Our other role is Communications and Fundraising Officer and is focused on supporter care. Both of these roles are part time. We have written them separately as we believe that typically these are two different skill sets within the fundraising space.

Purpose of the role

The RSPB’s successful and dynamic Philanthropy Team are looking for an experienced Philanthropy Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with mid-level donors and increasing the number and value of their donations.  Lead the development, quality and delivery of Hope After Harm’s training programme in line with the charity’s values, strategic direction, placing victim-survivors and those with lived experienced at the heart of what you do.

 Deliver training and consultancy to professionals, organisations and businesses from our set package of training, or by curating and delivering bespoke packages to meet their needs.

 Collaborate effectively with teams from across Hope After Harm to ensure that our training approach and packages are underpinned by the expertise and input available from across the charity.

Person Specification

Essential

 A thorough understanding of domestic abuse and gender-based violence through a trauma informed and intersectional lens, including the impact and mitigation of vicarious trauma.

 Be an experienced, highly skilled trainer with the ability to engage people through remote and in-person delivery.

 Experience in managing training programmes, and with an absolute commitment to quality and client satisfaction

 Ability to recruit, train and oversee a pool of sessional trainers.

 Excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.

 Motivate individuals and agencies to move through courses of action and decision-making processes

 Knowledge and experience of using CRM’s, such as Hubspot, to track client engagement.

 Track record of income generation - creating growth strategies for training programmes, in particular using social media and online sales platforms

 Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively and manage projects and multiple deadlines

 Skilled user of technology with high literacy of key presenting programmes, video platforms and databases.

 Ability to travel for stakeholder meetings and team/organisation away days and deliver training when required (most meetings and contracts are remote)

 Be comfortable operating a remote working environment with ability to network internally and externally

 Have the flexibility to undertake tasks beyond the job description

 Bring an understanding and experience of CPD accreditation

 Hold a “Train the Trainer” qualification or be willing to obtain one during onboarding.

About the role

We are looking to recruit a permanent Local Manager to join our busy Cornwall multi-disciplinary team, working up to 37 hours per week (minimum 30 hours), starting salary £27,716 per annum (pro rata).

This exciting role will include line managing a team of advocates as part of a high performing regional advocacy team with a clear sense of purpose, to deliver person-centered services to a high standard and achieve clearly defined objectives. Also, you will have your own small caseload which reflects the demands of the team caseload, but this will be no more than 20% of your working time.

Advocates support people to express their views, understand their rights and make informed decisions. Most of what we do operates within the legislative frameworks of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, Mental Health Act and NHS Health Complaints process.

In Cornwall we also support people more generally in the community, including some parents with children going through the Child Protection process.  

What we need from you

Putting people at the heart of what you do, together with 2 other Local Managers covering Cornwall, you will work with people from across our communities as well as professionals and your team, so excellent communication skills are essential as well as the commitment to the success of the Cornwall team and the organisation.

You may or may not have direct experience of this in your own life, or in another role, or have relevant qualifications but this isn’t a problem as we can offer training. We’re looking for people who are creative, flexible and organised, able to balance direct work with people with important administrative tasks.

As this role is home-based with regular travel mainly in Mid Cornwall, ideally, we need you to be based in that area but if not, then you must be based in Cornwall, have a full driving licence with access to your own transport as well as some flexibility with working hours and a stable broadband connection.

About the role

Coram is looking for an experienced Digital Content Manager (maternity cover) to support the marcomms team on websites, analytics, internal comms and other related digital marketing tasks. This is a fast-paced and varied role that involves working on a number of different websites across the Coram Group of charities and providing advice and support to other colleagues.

The role will involve anything from day to day management of existing websites to project managing larger scale rebrands, website moves and new website projects from start to finish. It will also include analysis of web traffic via Google Analytics, managing Coram’s internal comms channels and overseeing the relationship with Coram’s digital agency for Google/Microsoft Ads.

We’re looking for someone who feels confident at working independently and managing tasks and projects, whilst also being able to work together with the central marcomms team and other teams across Coram. The successful person will have experience in managing websites using a range of content management systems and Mailchimp email service, as well as a broad knowledge of Google Analytics 4 reporting. Policy Manager role description

You will report to the Head of Policy and Research and be part of a small but growing sub-team leading on our policy advocacy work and winning and delivering water efficiency research projects. 

Key responsibilities in the role include: 

• Supporting and influencing policy development including engaging with policymakers through meetings and consultation responses

• Supporting the delivery the UK Water Efficiency Strategy to 2030 and helping provide secretariat support to the associated forum and groups 

• Leading Waterwise’s work with stakeholders on policy across the UK

• Working with the Head of Policy and Research to maintain a network of relevant stakeholders and supporters across the UK

• Working with communications and marketing colleagues to provide content for blogs, trade media and press

• Working on discrete research projects as and when necessary, including undertaking a project management role on some projects

• Assisting the team with events (e.g. Waterwise annual conference), campaigns (e.g. Water Saving Week) and training

• Attending and speaking at conferences, seminars and meetings to represent Waterwise

• Working with colleagues to develop new funding proposals and providing financial information to the CEO

Other tasks and duties may arise and training will be provided. There will also be an opportunity to develop skills in being interviewed for the media.

We need someone who is proactive and a self-starter, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have a track record in policy and evidence work and/or water sector stakeholder engagement management to join our small, high-powered, influential team. Legacy Stewardship Manager

The Legacy Stewardship Manager will focus and lead on delivering RNID’s legacy fundraising stewardship programme to build and strengthen legacy supporters’ commitment and engagement with RNID.

How this role contributes to RNID: This role is critical in growing future legacy income for RNID, which currently represents 72% of RNID’s income. The Legacy Stewardship Manager will deliver the programme of engagement and marketing activity that will increase long-term legacy support to RNID, with a focus on developing relationships and engagement with existing supporters and pledger to encourage legacy interest, intention, action and commitment.

What makes this role unique and exciting: The role is new and will build on an existing programme of bespoke stewardship and events to scale activity up to a new level. It will work to apply legacy stewardship and engagement across all areas of RNID and use an insight- and data-driven approach to do this.

· Management and delivery of a multi-channel programme of supporter engagement communications and events.

· Using insight to develop journeys to steward legacy enquirers, intenders and pledgers.
