Populo Living are partnering exclusively with Robertson Bell in their search for a permanent Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning. Populo Living is a development and housing company wholly owned by a single shareholder, Newham Council. Populo Living enable Newham to keep control of Council land and build high quality, low carbon homes and neighbourhoods whilst retaining the developer profit for Newham Council, in the form of new affordable homes and long-term investment income.
The role of Head of Finance – Treasury and Financial Planning will lead, manage and co-ordinate the provision of the Groups Financial Planning, Treasury Management Services and Management Accounting functions as well as assist the Finance Director to lead and manage the Finance team.
The role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of four with two direct reports.
- Lead on all treasury related matters for the group such as arranging new funding, loan compliance, cashflow and banking.
- Lead on the organisation’s annual financial plan, including extensive sensitivity analysis of key performance indicators.
- Lead on the review of management accounts and production of board papers.
- Attend relevant committees and board meetings as required.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Director of Finance and Resources as required.
- Support the Financial Controller to deliver year end accounts.
- Oversee cashflow forecasting, managing all cash and loan balances.

Essential criteria:
- Fully qualified Accountant.

We are looking for a part time Information & Advocacy Community Support Worker in Scotland. You will be home based living in the North of Scotland.
You will ensure that service users (children and adults) and their families, receive high quality support, from the point of diagnosis and throughout their journey, and will assist them to access funding, equipment and care and support that they are entitled to. You will join a team that makes a real difference to the lives of the people living with muscle-wasting conditions, and their families, in Scotland. The role will be primarily home based, but there will also be a requirement to attend outpatient clinics within the region, attend home visits where appropriate and to support responding to queries through the helpline and information inbox. Some travel will be required to attend meetings and events outside of Scotland. You will work with both statutory and voluntary organisations, clinicians, and health and social care professionals to ensure that people living with muscle wasting conditions get the care and support they need to live well and independently.

Purpose of Role
- To understand Ramblers’ audience behaviours by analysing customer data

Key responsibilities
- Drive the organisation to use data in its operations, using first party and third-party data sources to facilitate more informed and reliable decision making.

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting an Arrivals and Social Support Worker to support to continuing and sustainable growth in our ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all people seeking asylum, and that the young people and families we work with have dignity and safety on arrival.
This Arrivals and Social Support Worker will work with young people and families to support them in their reunification and arrival to the UK. This legal casework is facilitated by our UK Legal Team and covers a range of geographic regions inside and outside of Europe, including responding to emerging crises such as working to support people fleeing Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan and Palestine.
Reunification and resettlement is a difficult process. This role will involve conducting pre-arrival needs assessments, preparing the family for the reunification, and supporting them after they arrive in the UK. The Arrivals and Social Support Worker will also help young people and families transition into their new life, by supporting them with the practical and emotional aspects of resettling in the UK. You will work with the family and professionals and act as a bridge into longer term services and support. This role will also provide social support on a case-by-case basis for others in vulnerable situations, including family members pre-arrival, as well as to those on our Young Leaders Programme. This is a challenging and extremely rewarding role for candidates with a good understanding of the challenges young people and refugees face on arrival to the UK.
We are looking for candidates with strong social support skills, as detailed in the Person Specification. Experience in a similar role would be welcome, but this could also be your first paid position in the charity sector, or you could be returning to work after time out. Community Fundraisers are remote/hybrid based, with some presence expected at your local office or Hospice. The Community Leader (Director) leads the Community in living the mission of L’Arche in our community life, by providing outstanding, person-centred and financially sustainable care and support services, by support for shared community and spirituality, and by engagement with the wider community around us.

About the Role
The Open Government Partnership (OGP) Support Unit (SU) seeks an experienced accounting professional with proven track record in the non-profit sector to provide finance and accounting services to support the Finance team. As Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer, you will support PEAS country level MEL teams in fulfilling their learning objectives in relation to delivering our school improvement technical assistance programme to non-PEAS partner schools. The MEL Officer will be part of the Global Technical Team, and will contribute to the team’s primary objectives to boost the efficacy and impact of the organisation's initiatives across Uganda, Zambia, and Ghana.
We are looking for an individual with significant MEL experience, ideally in relation to education programmes in low resource settings of Uganda, Zambia, and/or Ghana. Experience in fulfilling institutional donor requirements is desirable, ideally to include USAID and/or FCDO.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to guide, motivate and support members of the wider global MEL team. You will be highly experienced in working with data, and have strong data analysis skills. You will be part of a hard-working, growing and highly effective team who support one another to achieve impact.
