About the role

The Director of Services will lead CXK’s full suite of operational services to young people and adults across diverse contracts, including the National Careers Service, targeted support programmes, and employability initiatives.
This role is crucial in driving high-quality delivery, managing performance against contract KPIs, and ensuring that all services meet CXK’s standards and have a real impact on our beneficiaries.
The Director will oversee two Assistant Directors, empowering their teams to deliver consistently excellent service.
Representing CXK as a visible and proactive leader, the Director will strengthen relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders, ensuring CXK’s reputation remains strong.
Additionally, this role involves overseeing compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across all services. The Director will also be responsible for mobilising new contracts and collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development to drive growth and innovation in CXK’s provision and services.

The ideal candidate will bring senior-level operational leadership experience, ideally within services for young people, adults or vulnerable groups, a strategic vision, and the ability to inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams.
You will have a strong track record of managing complex, multi-service staff teams and programmes across the charity, education, or government sectors, deep understanding of government contracts and performance-driven programmes and stellar relationship-building skills.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and strategic financial planning are essential to ensure sustainability and growth.

As a Victim Help Officer you will be:
You will be working in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies, and involves shift working on a rota basis between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on a Saturday. Ensuring the provision of individual assessment of impact and risk, within the framework of VS's Service Model.
Support will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users. In order to:
- support those affected by crime in understanding and asserting their rights and entitlements
- in understanding their journey through the criminal justice and legal systems including the Victims Code of Practice
- facilitating access additional services
- establish healthy coping mechanisms
- provide practical support and information
To provide high quality support to all victims and witnesses of crime, leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments that are comprehensive and holistic. Providing immediate and short term intervention via telephone to anyone impacted by crime.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporter care and ideally have prior experience in a donor support role or experience in customer service, administration as well as data entry. Overall Purpose

Baca is looking for a Support Worker who can join the support team and provide support, care and be a role model for young people who are newly arrived refugees and victims of trafficking aged 16 to 18. The successful applicant will have the ability to ensure the support we give to the young people is of the highest quality and goes beyond the statutory standards set. They will be a great people person who can develop key external relationships. They will also be a very organised and proactive individual. The successful applicant will need access to transport as the role requires visiting the young people in their homes and attending different appointments/meetings across the midlands. Job Summary:
As Secretary General of the NRA and Chief Executive of the National Shooting Centre Limited, the NRA’s commercial enterprise subsidiary, you will be responsible for leading the management and operations of the organisations, as well as implementing the overall vision for the charity working with the Trustees. The role involves a high level of responsibility, with pivotal decision-making that affects the future of the charity and its beneficiaries.
Working closely with the NRA Board of Trustees and NSC Board of Directors you will develop the long-term strategy, and business plans of both entities and ensure they comply with the law and regulations applicable to each, but in particular the relevant Charities legislation.

Key Required Experience:

They will also contribute to teaching sessions, and undertake marking, personal tutoring and make other similar contributions to support the delivery of the programme.
