We are looking for a new team member to provide full administrative and programme support to the Employment & Careers team. The role will involve supporting the team in the day to day running of the service including the preparation of contract documentation (such as registration forms, as well as specified supporting evidence: ID proofs, Proofs of Address etc.) for submission to funding partners, uploading data spreadsheets and CMS systems, and supporting the team with promotion, outreach and engagement of our services. Dose of Nature is in an exciting phase of growth as we continue to receive greater funding to expand our reach. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. You will assist with incoming calls and enquiries from our clients and volunteers whilst supporting our team members with recurring daily tasks and stand-alone projects with minimal direction and supervision.
The successful candidate will be a key player in facilitating our mission by providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organisation. We offer candidates hybrid working arrangements with the opportunity to work on-site in our nature reserve at Pensford Field, near Kew Gardens, 1-2 days per week.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, passion, and a can-do attitude, who is confident in making decisions and solving problems. You will need to hit the ground running, must be able to deal with conflicting demands and prioritise work whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is provided and that deadlines are met. You must be professional, with good attention to detail and a high level of discretion, with great written and verbal communication abilities and excellent organisational skills.
The nature of the role may require occasional flexible hours such as occasional evenings to cover quarterly Board meetings and other events as necessitated by the needs of the charity.

You will support our Fundraising Director in effective management of the fundraising teams across our UK centres, and the central expertise in Trusts, Major Gifts and Partnerships.
Your responsibilities
- You will support our Fundraising Director in managing and delivering our fundraising objectives and targets for the UK
- Supporting our Fundraising Director in managing, developing and stewarding key high value donor relationships, key stakeholders, and senior volunteers
- Assist our Fundraising Director in managing their workload, managing all mail, correspondence, email and telephone contacts, diary management and travel plans
- You will routinely manage the monthly collecting of reports or data required to produce pipelines and forecasting
- In the absence of the Fundraising Director, you will be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders – utilising their highly developed interpersonal skills to receive and provide complex information

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to refugees in the UK.
STEP provides a bespoke employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that refugees face when preparing for, and ultimately finding work in the UK. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Assistant to join the STEP team. You will play a crucial role in assisting Employment Advisors to provide employment support to refugee clients across the UK.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting with administration and management of programmes, including regular reporting
- Supporting Employment Advisors with client referrals and other general support
- Assisting with the ongoing monitoring and impact measurement of programmes
- Analysing results and identify trends to use data to drive changes and improve quality of programmes.
- Answering referral phone line
- Supporting referral process and management of referrals
- Eligibility assessments of prospective clients
- Triaging enquiries from case workers and public
About you
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous administrative / team support experience
- A high level of administrative skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and databases
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy across every aspect of your work
- High levels of efficiency and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Ability to use your own initiative and make independent decisions.
- Competency in speaking another language is desirable e.g. Amharic, Arabic, Dari/Pashto, Dinka Farsi, Kurdish, Ormo, Somali, Tigrinya, Turkish
